This practice is the worst I have ever been to. Three months in a row not done my repeat prescriptions today the receptionist went over and above what she had to do to get me my medication. She physically took me to the chemist and arranged for me to have a week's worth of medication until the doctor signs my prescription which had been sat in a box as not signed by the doctor and dated the 7th of March so thank you for your help I really appreciate what you and the chemist did

The GP I saw today is a very understanding and skilled doctor as well as many of the other GPs who have work here. The reception staff have also shown significant improvement. All in all it feels like this surgery is doing its best to shake off the reputation it gained during the catastrophic Bolton GP Federation days. Maybe one day it will be as good as it was when the original male doctor was running it. Today I have again seen the progress being made

The nurse was doing my baby’s 8week immunisations and she was very heavy handed when dealing with my baby. She was rude and told me to move the chair to where she wanted it and when it wasn’t right she told me to move so she could do it herself. After the injections she told my husband to take the baby and go so she could go on to do my check where she continued to be quite abrupt. Do not want her to touch me baby again.

I'm quite new to the surgery but from the point of registering I have had nothing but positive things to say about the staff. The Paramedic is excellent. She took the time to listen to me and check me over. The reception staff are helpful, seem to genuinely care and nothing is too much trouble. I'm glad I changed to this surgery. Thank You!

Whenever you ring always said no appointment. Ring tomorrow morning 8am when ring morning no answering phone. When book appointment on phone doctor not ring on given time in reception always keep changing staff every week or month new people. Very poor service..... When you visit in gp no busy unfortunately when u ring they said we are full not taking appointment. This people say go to hospital......not happy with service.

To: The Manager I would like to give this feedback about the excellent experience we (my family and I) had at Shanti Medical Centre and especially how one of your staff [M] at the reception looked after us when we came in to register with the practise as well as subsequent attendance. She was exceptionally patient and very helpful in answering all our questions, providing us with relevant information, thoroughly checking our form to ensure we hadn’t missed anything. Her competence and sheer professionalism was second to none and I would like to commend her for that. We were really pleased with Shanti Medical and the staff, keep it up!. I saw the acp who was extremely helpful and kind who broke down all of my concerns and addressed them thoroughly before giving me the appropriate prescriptions, very impressed with the service
