I got a appointment when l went to the doctor's but l could not book on line but I can understand why l have to go in because there was a lot of people waiting to see the doctor

My child who is 9 was unwell with fever and headaches and vomiting for a week so I started with usual paracetamol and fluids but still did not getter any better so I decided to take him to see the Pharmacist(not referred by GP) after couple of day and they advised to take paracetamol and plenty of fluids and if not better then needs to see the GP. After couple of day still not better so I called the GP and was given an appointment to see the GP. An hour later got a call from the GP office to say that the appointment need to be cancelled as he need to see a pharmacist first then if the referred him to GP then the doctor will see him. I have told them that the Pharmacist has seen him but they will not accept as it was not referred by them I had to call the pharmacy and asked them to call the Surgery co confirm that he had been seen by them. Eventually they agreed see him I can’t understand why the doctors are not willing to see the patients when they are available

Rang in the morning and got an appointment same afternoon, the admin staff were very pleasant when checking in, and the nurse was lovely 🙂

Had my initial health assessment today, the manner and friendliness of the staff and in particular the member of staff that actually carried out my medical was fantastic, genuinely had an phenomenal experience

This practice is the worst I have ever been to. Three months in a row not done my repeat prescriptions today the receptionist went over and above what she had to do to get me my medication. She physically took me to the chemist and arranged for me to have a week's worth of medication until the doctor signs my prescription which had been sat in a box as not signed by the doctor and dated the 7th of March so thank you for your help I really appreciate what you and the chemist did

Doctor examined our baby. Very lovely staff and doctors in Bolton area. Got appointment in time. Recently moved to Bolton and found this GP much better as compare to other local practices.
