I've been in this practice for over 10 years. I've haven't been able to book and see the doctor ever since about a year ago after the original Receptionists had retired. Phone line had often been cut off; when you can actually speak to a person, they will ask you to use an online booking system, which never work; when they can actually book you an appointment, it is always a phone consultation; then on the actual appointment, there' no phone call from the 'assigned doctor'; when you check with them, they said you had missed your appointment, and that your appointment was a face to face consultation, or it had been booked on a wrong date or wrong time, etc. Too many different 'reasons', it just makes me wonder if there is any doctor attending the surgery at all? Just unsure what's going on in this surgery! It's ashame, as the original doctors (who probably are all retired now) used to be very caring and the old Receptionists used to be very professional.

The surgery provides an exceptional level of patient access, including digital, telephone and 'in person' appointments. 'In person' appointments are available at the patient's request. I feel really blessed that I have such a caring, knowledgeable and fantastic GP who goes out of his way to provide me with excellent care for my health. The practice staff are very good and helpful. The recent experience with the phlebotomy nurse was also excellent
