I had a great experience at my appointment. It was originally for me but my little boy was unwell and the doctor was able to accommodate us both. Discussion and advice was clear and caring.

Just taken me an hour and 45 minutes to get through to the surgery, including being stuck as 'caller number 2 in the queue ' for 45 minutes. Only one person answering the phone. Is this the best you can do Sheet street?!?

Dear patient Thank you for letting us know about this issue, I am sorry to hear this. Since August we have installed a new phone system, as we were aware of some issues with our old phone system. We now have a user call back option which is proving popular and manages the flow of calls better. I hope this will improve your experience when calling the surgery in future. I want to thank all the staff at Sheet Street Surgery. I, and my family, have been patient(s) at Sheet Street Surgery for over 10 years. Sheet Street staff have always been (and continue to be) so kind, understanding, compassionate, very helpful and provide excellent medical help. As someone with a chronic respiratory condition and with two young children, I rely on and trust all the staff at Sheet Street for GP services for myself and for my children. The Reception staff are very knowledgeable and so helpful in getting the help that you need. The nurses are kind, gentle and caring. The medical staff listen compassionately to my health concerns and provide excellent medical advice. I can't thank you all enough for the kind help that you continue to give to me and my family. I absolutely highly recommend this practice for excellent care with kindness.

I am receiving a very high standard of professional care. My health condition is ongoing & i am being looked after very well from the GP’s at this practice. My health condition has been dealt with very quickly with the correct appropriate referrals to hospitals. I also receive follow up phone calls to discuss further treatment & to check on how i am as an individual. I would highly recommend Sheet Street to anyone looking for a professional & caring team of GP’s.

I have struggled a lot on and off with my mental health and actioning certain aspects as well as an ongoing physical problem. The doctors at sheet street are always patient with me and I never feel judged.

This is a brilliant GP surgery and exactly the sort of surgery you want when you have a baby or toddler. I’ve always managed to get an on the day appointment when my child is unwell and all of the doctors are so kind and professional and are prompt and proactive around treatments. If they say they’re going to call, they do so and on the day/time that they committed to. They’ve also been great at calling just to touch in and see how baby is improving after an initial face to face appointment.
