My phone call was dealt with efficiently by receptionist. Appointment made within minutes. Nurse was excellent, she then confirmed with a doctor who checked my injury quickly and efficiently . Could not have wished for better. Extremely grateful

Received an unexpected call from my GP today following my return to work after surgery several weeks ago and our conversation last week about my phased return. Couldn’t have asked for better service from my GP surgery, so thanks to you all!

Thanks to the GP being so thorough they identified I was pre diabetic. I was put on the NHS prevention programme really quickly and they also talked through potential causes. I was contacted a few months later for a follow up blood test which was done really easily at the surgery. Great practise from the receptionists, nurses to the GPs. Thanks to them being so efficient I made positive changes in my life and feel much better and healthier.

I attended surgery suffering shortness of breath. I was sent for a chest X-ray and also a blood test and ECG. On seeing the results of the ECG an ambulance was called and I was sent to Wexham Park. A CT scan revealed two large blood clots, one on each lung.

Feedback associated with my recent experience of the surgery and doctor - specifically a series of blood tests (initial, results, further tests and investigation, etc.). My experience from getting access, making appointments has been great, without issue and without challenge; all extremely easy and timely in nature. The best part of the overall experience and the real focus of the feedback here is associated with the superb engagement, dialogue, consultation and appointment (s) experience with the Doctor and nursing team at the surgery. Time taken to understand concerns, issue; prompt results and time taken to explain in detail generic as well as specific results. Absolutely no issue or question raised in booking additional tests to provide further analysis into specific areas. Recommendations made in terms of treatment and steps that I myself could take to address and improve certain elements needing focus. This was all done in a consultative fashion which at no point did I feel that I was being talked at or told. Highly engaged and more of a conversation, dialogue and consultation. The Doctor was also pleased to listen to the reading I had myself done to understand results and we openly discussed my thoughts and actions and steps I had taken. I felt that the Doctor saw this as positive and not negative. We actively discussed my reading and investigation and agreed on a number of them in addition to his diagnosis and "prescription". This helped actively develop next steps and focus. Really and very much appreciated and very much a part of me feeling that I was being looked after at an individual level. Never have I felt rushed, that my treatment didn't matter and never felt like just a number or just another patient. I have also received follow-up calls from the nursing staff and have received follow-up dialogue around results and treatment without the need to chase of being left in a position of wondering. My overall experience has been excellent and it has been exactly what I had hoped for. Great work, great service and excellent patient care. Thanks Sheet Street Surgery and the whole staff from reception, through to nursing and doctors.

In my experience and despite the restrictions in place during and following the pandemic I have always been dealt with in a sympathetic and efficient way. The Reception team ask pertinent but not instructive questions in order to direct appropriately. I’m very confident to recommend to others. Thank you.
