I'm an individual with an anxiety disorder and white-coat syndrome. As a result, I hate going to see the doctor as it causes me a significant amount of health anxiety and panic. On this particular occasion, I had to see a doctor and I have to say the experience I received was exemplary. Despite being absolutely petrified, the nurse and doctor I saw were both calm, understanding and reassuring. They gave me thorough tests, excellent advice, a solid treatment plan and, ultimately, relaxed me enough for me to see the consultation through. I'm now feeling much better. This has helped me in two ways. Firstly, I now have a new medication which is helping with my condition. But secondly, on a more personal level, the staff I saw really helped me to reconcile my fear of seeing the doctor. I'm not totally fearless now, but the kindness, professionalism and patience of the staff I saw has gone a long way to alleviate my fear of going to the doctor. I want to thank the individuals I saw, as well as the practice staff generally you work has really made a difference to me. Thank you.

They all seem to work together making you feel comfortable particularly the old and young . If you are feeling down they will cheer you up..I cannot really mention treatment but after being one of their patients for over 67 years i can say I have been well looked after.
