I have never in my life experienced such as unprofessional, rude and cretinous receptionist. One would think they have a medical degree themselves. When I mentioned problem with their phone line as an issue regularly occurred the receptionist answered me with: “You got through in the end, didn’t you?” As I mentioned earlier I have never experienced such a high volume of cretinism in one place.

As a patient facing role maybe at lest one of your employees should have further training in what is acceptable. I have never been so rudely spoken too and then to top it off shouted at saying I'm free to make a complaint. Disgusting service. people that come to a doctors surgery are there because they want/need help and require a bit of compassion. Will be masking a formal complaint

We attended for flu vaccinations this morning, as usual this was extremely well organised. We have been patients at the practice for many years and consider ourselves fortunate. We have always had helpful and courteous service. Members of our family work in the NHS ( not at Sherwood House), so we know how difficult things have been and still are.

I have always had good care from the GPs at Sherwood House Medical Practice, but recently, in particular, I have been wonderfully supported by them through a difficult period of bereavement. Their willingness to really listen, their understanding and compassion has been a huge support to me and has really helped me through this worst of times. I can't thank the GPs enough.

Precisely 10 minutes late for an appointment and the nurse wouldn’t see me. They spent 1 minute lecturing me on wearing a mask but no prior notification was given that masks were still mandatory. Thus adding a minute to the 10 minutes. This surgery needs to start treating patients like human beings and not numbers or figures. I waited weeks for this appointments, an unacceptable length of wait in itself... also as a mother it’s not easy to get away from your children to attend appointments. Have some compassion!
