I had a video consultation at the beginning of September, now 10 weeks later I have heard nothing about the treatment I was promised. But I’m glad to report that the surgery were in touch this evening….,to request a survey about my ethnicity. It seems that they are more interested in this than treating people. Interestingly tge ancillary questions on the review don’t ask about whether patients are satisfied with the medical treatment they receive.

Went for my flu jab. Staff were very friendly and professional even though it was extremely busy. I was lucky to be seen very quickly. GP was lovely, after questions were asked jab given very quickly.

Flu vaccination service on Saturday was well organised, quick & efficient. Communication text was clear & I was grateful to have my flu jab early in the season

Great experience, excellent doctor , like I said very efficient and professional. Staff are very friendly, easy parking and always look very clean inside . Would recommend it to my grand family

Went for walk in flu jab. It was very well organized, all the staff were very friendly and polite. We were called with in a minute and shown to a room with nurse in, where we had our jabs and then were guided out round their one way system out to the car park, all done in minutes! A very good experience, thank you.

Called on mobile, said I was number 4 in the queue, 45 minutes and still number 4, called on house phone as well as mobile and got the option for call back number 24, all appointments gone,would I like to do push doctor, I needed to see a doctor so they could understand, my situation and I could explain face to face what was going on, I was also having dark thoughts, I did not need to be told to go to a walk in centre in Crawley, I am still struggling to get a appointment, desperately need to talk to somebody about my medication and the fact that the increased dose had made my symptoms three times worse, still having problems,but decided to cease medication as it was making me so I'll. Where do I go from here, Ship Street Surgery has served me well for the last 45 years, since the new arrangements is almost impossible to get a appointment. I give up.

Handed in my registration forms almost 3 months ago and am yet to be registered. Sent an email to ask why I haven't been registered and to let them know I have had an ongoing issue and need to see a GP. Got no response. Submitted an eConsult saying again that I have not been registered despite handing in my forms months ago and that I need to see a GP. No response. Not great patient care.
