Pre-pandemic this practice was great. Post-pandemic it has gone massively down hill. Appointments can take weeks to get. Heatherview don't seem to do much themselves, it seems to be sent to the main Shore Medical site. I've had to call and chase repeat prescriptions because Heatherview take a while to send it on. When I fill in the online consult form it is very tedious to filter through the barrage of options they've crammed in. As someone who has reactions to certain families of medications, they come across as reluctant to find alternative medications. Overall in summary I've had nothing but bad experiences for a few years now and will be making the effort to switch doctors before my child is born.

I would like to commend the professional, kind and caring service following my recent visit. The Dr showed great compassion and listened to my issues, he has been the most helpful person and put me onto a more positive path to raise my spirit. Would definitely recommend visiting him!

I was in desperate need to contact the district nurse team. They appear to be a law unto themselves from a patients point of view. I spoke to an amzing lady at Heaterview practice yesterday around 5.30pm. She understood my circumstances and was very understanding and empathetic as I had been through so much recently. She was very calm when I was so desperately traumatised. She deserves recognition. Hopefully this will be sufficient

The call handler was very helpful and kind. She didn’t make feel like I was making a fuss. I thought I was going to have to go without my HRT. But she sorted it for me.

Attended a pre booked appointment at 9.15am. Doctor was on time annd explained the reason for the problem I was suffering. Not only was a prescription provided with advice but also gave additional suggestions to ameliorate the problem in the future.

Lilliput practice have been very helpful, thorough and efficient with a number of recent health problems I have experienced. I’ve also found the Shore Medical reception staff to be very helpful and patient. Amazingly I have been able to speak to the same doctor over a period of time about different problems and I have been very happy with the quality and continuity of the treatment and care I have received at Lilliput surgery.

Met a lovely nurse this morning - Smiley, friendly, and made my day! I'm difficult to bleed and the nurse was able to get me first time, thankful for not having to be poked and prodded numerous times on my visit today. Thank you to the nurse for putting a smile on my face this morning!

I contacted Lilliput Surgery using the Klinik online service. About an hour later I received a phone call from the surgery asking if I could attend an appointment 45 minutes later. That’s what I call efficiency! Well done Lilliput Surgery the Klinik system is now working well.
