The doctor's care for me personally has been outstanding. They have listened very empathetically to my needs and supported me with my health problems. They made me feel relaxed because of their kind nature and humanity. They continue to support me and I would recommend this doctor at this practice without question. Thank you for your care and understanding.

I am mum of teenage girl who had her blood test more than week ago and she is awaiting urgent treatment. The surgery been contacted by other provider and myself on many occasions to obtain the results. My daughter spoke to doctor on Friday and been told and reassured the results been already emailed. But unfortunately they haven’t been so she is extremely anxious as we cannot proceed with treatment which is very urgent. I am extremely disappointed with service and all the stress has impact on my family.

I was contacted in March from someone speaking poor English and I hung down the phone thinking it was a scam. Eventually I managed to get an application with the practice and I had received an email reminder for my appointment. I came along today and they didn't have me on the portal. It was a complete waste of time as a result of their lack of updating their system.

My recent treatment and help by Doctors and auxiliary staff was exceptional. In many years of being a patient at this practice I have always been treated with great care and consideration. On my personal experience I am happy to recommend this practice to friends and those in need of medical advice.

I used the online contact form shortly after 9.30 this morning. Within half an hour I had a text reply asking for photos which I provided (with your help, thank you for that). I was then told a GP would call and completed your time options. She called before 12. We had a sensible and thoughtful conversation and she sent a prescription to my local pharmacy. I collected it at 12.30. I hear a lot of complaints about the NHS and GP practices, but my experience this morning was brilliant from start to finish. Thank you, very much, to all involved, its very much appreciated
