I used the online contact form shortly after 9.30 this morning. Within half an hour I had a text reply asking for photos which I provided (with your help, thank you for that). I was then told a GP would call and completed your time options. She called before 12. We had a sensible and thoughtful conversation and she sent a prescription to my local pharmacy. I collected it at 12.30. I hear a lot of complaints about the NHS and GP practices, but my experience this morning was brilliant from start to finish. Thank you, very much, to all involved, its very much appreciated
