    s.a -always goes the extra mile, helpful, knowledgeable plus offers an explanation which is reassuring to patients. The young lady I spoke to yday was very helpful too. Thank you ladies.

    My GP has been so proactive and supportive regarding my recent condition. I haven't had such a positive GP experience for many years! I've had consultations, follow-ups, blood tests and examinations all within a very short timeframe. The doctor has been incredibly supportive and explained everything very clearly. Thank you.

You found the GP to be proactive and supportive, and within a short period of time you had consultations, follow-ups and blood tests.     On Monday March 11th at 09.45 I submitted the Klinik form online requesting help. Within 10 minutes the 'All encompassing' form had been read and the surgery contacted me to arrange an appointment with a doctor. I missed the call but as I was ringing them back they rang me again to say I could have an appointment at 10.30. I attended the appointment. The young lady doctor who I saw was fantastic. She checked my blood pressure, prescribed antibiotics and also medication to help lower my blood pressure. She booked blood tests and an ECG with the practice nurse the following day. She referred me to Poole Hospital for a Chest X-ray - which was done the day after that, last Wednesday morning and she booked another appointment to see her at 1.30 last Friday to review my blood pressure, blood test and ECG results. All the medication the doctor prescribed has worked! She even suggested a good book worth reading which can help with dealing with the pressures of everyday life that can cause stress and high blood pressure. In summary, an absolutely superb service was provided by the doctor and her colleagues at Lilliput surgery for which I am very grateful.

    I consulted the GP because of a continuing digestion issue. Previous consultations had resulted in medication being prescribed which were successful, but symptoms returned after a few months. Following an initial visit in December, the doctor decided that a full spectrum of tests and scans should take place due to my age and previous medical history. These have been arranged and swiftly completed at the local hospital. Results have shown that I suffer from a hiatus hernia and will probably require long term, but relatively inexpensive medication. Other tests have proved normal, but one scan has highlighted another potential problem, which will now be investigated further. I am extremely grateful to this GP and reassured by the way my investigation has been conducted and the follow up consultation.

    I used the on line Klinik system and it was very efficient. I had a doctor appointment the same day and various tests were arranged the same week. The staff were all friendly and efficient and above all very caring.

You received an appointment with a doctor for the same day, and tests were arranged for the same week. You found the staff to be friendly, efficient and caring.     I contacted Shore, using their Klinic system about my daughter’s ear infection. With in 2 hours I had received a text response from the GP and a prescription was waiting for me at the pharmacy. Excellent and very rapid service

    I phoned with a problem and the receptionist was sympathetic and understood the pain I was in. She even filled in the form over the phone. I was able to see the doctor that day. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful surgery - thank you.
