    I used the online form this morning. An hour or so later I had a phone call arranging a phone appointment with a doctor, and an hour or so after that the doctor called and we had a very sensible conversation. Credit where it's due, that was a very good process and outcome from my perspective. Thank you

    Left a message first thing. Doc called back a couple of hrs later. Got appt with the nurse that afternoon & whilst there the Doctor came down to inspect poss cancerous moles. Doing referral.

    Used the online contact and got a call the same day and got an appointment on Monday. Got refery for an X-ray but the doctor was very helpful

    Excellent doctor service after stomach pains, followed by a blood test and then a phone call at 6:20pm to advise me that my blood test was normal and to follow the medication she had suggested.

You were experiencing stomach pains. blood tests were organised and you received a follow up phone call at 6:20pm confirming result as as normal but to continue the medication as suggested.     I changed doctors surgery I while back as I wasn't happy with Lilliput, I booked an appointment but the only one they could give was here. I went and as I signed in on the screen it didn't log me in, I went to the reception and as I was explaining before I could finish she said oh its not working and asked me my date of birth and who I was seeing. The lady after me couldn't book on the screen either as it wasn't working. The receptionist said I could take a seat upstairs. I waited upstairs for about 15 minutes as I understand doctors can be a little late sometimes so I waited but then went back downstairs to see if they could tell me how long it will be. The receptionist said she didn't book me in as she thought I had already booked myself in, even though she asked me my details before hand. I had 5 minutes left till the appointment and asked if I could quickly speak with him, she said I couldn't as he wasn't replying back to her. So I have had to book another appointment to see the doctor, which means more time off work for myself, and I only get so much time off for medical and this was a waste of an hour for me. I asked to be re booked and a text to be sent, she didn't send me a text confirming my next appointment. Just really poor service from the receptionist I dealt with.

    Dear Patient, Thank you for taking the time to feedback your experience when you attended for an appointment in March 2023. The self check in screen was not working so you went to the reception desk and informed the receptionist as well as giving her your details. After 15 minutes you had not been called so you went back to receptionist who advised you that she had not booked you in and although she had messaged the doctor, he had not replied, you were advised tor rebook. I am so sorry about this, you should have been fitted in as this was our error. On behalf of Shore Medical we are sorry that you experienced a poor service that day. Anne Holburn Deputy Manager

    I had a blood test today at Lilliput - what a well run and efficient practice - friendly staff and very well organised surgery. I went straight in to the nurse, no waiting at all.

    Used Klinik to be referred to a GP. Received a text from the surgery the following day to be given an appointment the following week. Excellent service.

All requests for GP appointments are triaged through the Klinik system, which offers a fair service to all patients assessed on clinical need.
