I have to stay on phone nearly an hour to book appointments as I need treatment as per my blood test. There is no single doctor available to give me or make prescriptions for my treatment and leaving message on my phone as I need treatment. However they want to start my treatment when conditions get more worse and reception lady advising me to go to urgent care? Is that possible?

no2 in the que and still waiting to get through its only been 35 minutes what a joke this is not the first time either its the norm for this surgery

Filled out the online form for some contraceptive..... What a surprise they haven't got back to me in 24hrs ! They can't even get this right now ...what exactly are they doing at this so called surgery??

Outdated phone message - waffles on - not necessary. E consult is a pain and then can never get an appointment and advise to go to A&E or UCC - hardly ideal to signpost patients to an already overloaded service. You're only generally doing calls so if you can't cope with the volume you need to employ more GPs/ Nurse practitioners.

We are experiencing high call volumes and our message has information for patients who may no longer need to queue. However, we are a Total Triage practice and patients are required to complete an eConsult. This can be done via our website or by calling or visiting the practice.
