    i have put a repeat perscription in every month yet find i can not get all my medication on the same date thay foget to add items and one item is now out of stock for 2 months yet smg have not contected me to give an alternertive so makes me wounder do i need it? and although i have lots of ways to contact me thay insist on ask my gp maby thay should set one up that you can walk in like in the old days

Without knowing the exact the details this comment is difficult for us to fully answer, however it is evident that you need a conversation with a member of our Dispensary team to discuss your repeat prescription. In addition to askmyGP, you can also discuss with our Dispensary team either by attending to the Dispensing window in the practice, between 8am and 6.30pm Monday - Friday. Or by giving them a call on their repeat medication phone line on 01529 303301 (Option 2, then option 1) between 10am and 12pm Monday - Friday. Kind Regards, Sleaford Medical Group

    i walked in upset about acne left feeling as if my issue was being solved the doctor who i had spoken with called dr da silva had comforted me and approached me in the nicest way, where i didn’t feel uncomfortable which is difficult to feel as a teenage girl but he could tell i was upset about my face as i went on to call it disgusting and he had said beauty comes from inside and involves many other factors such as your personality, he said you are so much more than your face don’t let your face define your worth

    Before the system was changed which was quite recently it was 100% but now it's totally useless I put in a request non urgent it says they aim to respond up to 5 days today is day 9 and I've had no call no email no nothing. Change the system back to how it was before. It's the same as any change in procedure it's for the good and ease of the company not the people.

    I am currently still awaiting an answer to my phone call that started at 6.05 pm ,it is now 6.50pm my call time is 45min this is disgraceful ,surely you have someone to answer phones.

The experience you have noted of the phone system is not a usual one, and it seems you experienced a technical error in our phone system, especially considering the phone lines close at 6.30pm. We're sorry you've had this experience, but would like to assure you that this error appears to have been an isolated incident. Our phone lines are operational and we also have the call back function by pressing 8, this saves your place in the queue and allows you to get a call rather than holding.     get told to call back because of an alergic reaction and told i cant get an appointment and should use my gp that i dont have so borrorew this email from a friend as i dont even have an email to sent this the whole system is inposible if this reaction turns in to anofalactic shock be sure a relotive will contact smg in person

    I called at reception to make an appointment the receptionist said go to ask my gp they said they would be in touch within 1-3 days. stay near the phone, day one rang me at 10.30 I was on a coach trip so obviously couldn't answer. I was told they had called my home and only ring twice! so I must apply again, which I have done and day one I am sat near the phone all morning, I am in a lot of pain and can't get any help! what a silly carry on! there are no words with all capital letters

    Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to read of your frustration, but it does appear that correct process was followed here. We can only attempt to call patients twice on the day due to staff capacity, we aim to call at different times of the day to catch you if you were unavailable during the first attempt. When raising a request with us, whether this be via askmyGP or by calling the practice if this is unavailable to you, it is important to advise us if there are times when you will be unavailable, or if a different number is preferred for us to call you back on.     Had to get a checkup of an illness. Was able to walk in and get an appointment and be seen on the same day. Receptionist and medical staff were very helpfull and supportive

    Used this facility on Saturday and was really impressed. The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming and the doctor I saw was great. Wouldn’t hesitate to either use or recommend this facility. Thank you!

    I have had physio treatment for my jaw in the past at this practice and I found my self in pain again for a similar reason in my jaw. When I phoned the practice I was told they could not help me even after I explained to them I was in excruciating pain and could barely open my mouth to eat, I was told by the receptionist that they were an ex-dental nurse and "they knew what they were talking about" I explained I had, had previous care for the same issue at the practice and they continued to decline treatment of any kind and proceeded to end the call.
