After being ill for 4 days, this GP insisted on doing a home visit, even though I only expected some phone advice. Reassured me and appreciated the extra care and empathy. Thank you

Family friendly practice . Reception staff and HCA are helpful .Doctors , physiotherapist , nurses and staff providing complimentary support are really knowledgeable and supportive . My experience today was so helpful the receptionist was able to sort out my medication. At my appointment the GP included me in my care. They were really empathetic and understanding . I would definitely recommend the practice to anyone needing a GP to meet their own health needs or those of their family. .

The triage system works well as I didn’t have to wait on the phone for hours. Got an appointment in an appropriate amount of time. The doctor was helpful and listened to me. Highly recommend Sloan Practice.

I was booked for a blood pressure measurement but l wasnt told that it was going to be a self service machine which you can proceed to straightaway after check-in. I wasted 40 minutes of my time sitting in the waiting area. That could have been avoided if information was provided.

I used triage on line and was offered an appointment on the same day. GP was very helpful and listened and gave great advice

A doctor not met before, had carefully read notes. Thorough questions and exam, explained problem also prescription. Time constraints meant I could not ask for advice on a recently diagnosed but long term problem that had been a causative factor. It would be quicker to deal with both rather than take up two appointments,

Went for my vaccination at the allotted time and was seen promptly. No problems and friendly nurse. I’m sorry I do not intend to waffle to meet your criteria

Good, efficient, seen on time. Provided urine sample in clean toilet in close proximity. This was handed in at reception.

I was asked to see the nurse for a yearly review . She was very polite and thorough . I requested some extra blood tests due to family diabeties and thyroid cancer . These tests were added for my reassurance . Nothing was too much trouble . Thank uou .

I recently had a request from the practice to visit for a blood pressure check. On arrival I was advised it was a self check, something that I have never experienced before. I was shown to a room, by the only member of staff that I encountered in the whole time I was there, to a room that has a machine to take your blood pressure and was advised to follow the instructions on the wall in front of me then fill in the form I had been given to pass back to reception once the check was done and I'd recorded the results. To me, I'd have thought a doctor should be doing this type of check as you could put anything on the form, which could be honest or not. I found the whole experience rather bizarre and not,as I say, something I was expecting. Is this the way the NHS is going? Not the direction I would think it should be.
