The practitioner I saw was excellent, extremely competent and I have no complaints about her. The receptionist was also very helpful and kind. The only negative thing I have to say is about the barriers to accessing an appointment because of the system they now use and then the amount of time you have to wait to be seen. I fear it means that many patients will be left suffering longer than is safe and that serious illness may be diagnosed too late.

I cant praise the physiotherapist enough, having a bad shoulder for a long time finally he listened on my first appointment and within 2 weeks I was having my cortisone injection done he was thorough in explaining everthing that was wrong and I was at complete ease throughout it all. And it worked a treat ! Amazing 👏 I went to see him again with other issues again he explained the problem and I was immediately referred. After years of waiting and falling onto deaf ears ive seen him 3 times and each time he's ensured full explanations reasons and full solutions ! By far the best physio I've seen throughout my years. He genuinely cares which to me means everything! Thanks 😊

Always get an appointment promptly and get seen quickly and get to made at ease with what ever I’m there for . Great with my children also , Great doctors nurses and receptionist.

I went for my yearly MOT where my blood pressure was checked, blood sample taken etc. Couldn't fault the service given. Very happy

The doctor was very helpful and gave me a diagnosis. The doctor sent a prescription to my usual pharmacy for collection

I only popped in for bloods so nothing major. I am not fazed by this kind of procedure as a regular blood donor. However, the person I saw was a delight. Genuine, kind and polite. And I didn’t even feel the needle go in despite looking right at it at the time. I want them to do any needles for my children in the coming years. 🌟

The Dr was very attentive and understanding, thorough kind and compassionate. Time given to discuss options. Not felt rushed in any way. Investigations requested promptly, and follow up planned. Excellent care as always from Gp and the practice.

New online triage system seems to make it much easier to get an appointment with the right professional. Got an appointment quickly with a GP specialising in my issue. Was really good appointment, felt heard and understood and was given useful information.
