Lovely reception and admin staff The doctor who assessed me was so thorough and kind . I felt really listened to and understood .

The nurse was very professional and very knowledgeable. I was informed of the next stages, I was also reassured that I will be contacted if the doctor needs to speak to me. Thank you for your support.

I was given time to discuss my progress with arthritis advice. I came away confident that my arthritis can be coped with in if I continue to follow advice., and maintain the self help routines .

I had a blood test and was treated very patiently and courteously by the nurse. She was very efficient and calming. I had a home phone call from the nurse to discuss my diabetes it was very helpful.

I emailed promptly at 8 am for help with a medical problem and got an appointment that day. Excellent GP support. I also received excellent help via telephone from receptionist.

Ongoing chest problems. The doctor saw me in time, a thorough examination and follow up relating to sample given. Professional and compassionate throughout.

It's was very easy to book a non urgent appointment and I was seen on the same day. However when I was called in to speak to the (male) doctor I found that he spoke way too fast, I didn't even properly catch his name. It felt like he was so busy asking questions that he wasn't really listening to me, repeating questions and then not giving me time to properly answer before asking another. I was out within 5 minutes and told to book a blood test at the desk but didn't really feel like I had been listened to. If it happens again at my next appointment I will be telling him to slow down when he speaks.
