The doctor I saw was very efficient, listened to my needs and showed much care and empathy. I would highly recommend this GP practice

It is really hard work getting an appointment but the service is good after that. However, the wait in the surgery was still 30 minutes, I had to check with the receptionist. On leaving I got a text about my birthday annual check, no idea why that couldn’t have been done during that visit, another phone call.

Very professional and friendly service, with good discussion on key bits of information. I saw the nurse and she was very helpful

Doc was attentive and empathetic, and has referred me for further tests. I felt listened to. Receptionists were helpful too.

The service by nurse was brilliant, I never have any problems with her. She is polite and always makes me feel at ease when having anything done.

I arrived to do my self check BP and asked if I could get it done earlier than my appt time. The receptionist gave me a lovely smile and told me it wouldn't be a problem. It was my first time doing the self check and she explained everything clearly to me and offered assistance if I had any problems. A delightful receptionist and experience. I have so much going on in my life that her smile and warmth was like a big hug. Thank you Lovely Lady.

We received a quick response to submitting an online query form about our child. Support and advice given promptly and the Dr we met was really great with our child and alleviated our worries without making us feel silly!

Time wasted for Doctor and myself due to practise manager and his protocol. Past from pillar to post trying to make an appointment when the GP already seen had requested a follow up. Made to fill a form in wasting the doctors time having to read it and redirect when that form could have been filled in by someone who needed a GP .

Helpful,clear,timely,concise and informative. Call was planned for 10/12 at 8.50 with the nurse and happened on time.

I had a call about my medication and mentioned i was struggling to order prescriptions and understand the online systems. Kate offered me an appointment with an IT expert to show me how to use the systems so I can actually access services at the surgery. I really appreciate how she listened to my frustration and challenges and came up with a solution to actually support and enable me rather than dismissing me. It means such a lot that they adapted to my needs and proactively offered a solution. Thank you especially to Kate.
