It's was very easy to book a non urgent appointment and I was seen on the same day. However when I was called in to speak to the (male) doctor I found that he spoke way too fast, I didn't even properly catch his name. It felt like he was so busy asking questions that he wasn't really listening to me, repeating questions and then not giving me time to properly answer before asking another. I was out within 5 minutes and told to book a blood test at the desk but didn't really feel like I had been listened to. If it happens again at my next appointment I will be telling him to slow down when he speaks.

The doctor and nurse who attended to me were really attentive and showed concern for my care. She was attentive to my concerns and provided great service and had all my questions answered by herself and a fellow doctor.

Filled in the online form to request GP call back. Approx one hour later I was phoned and offered an appointment later that morning as GP wanted to see me face to face. Excellent service & a much improved triage system.

I had an appointment at 11:30. I arrived a couple of minutes early, checked in and waited in the completely empty designated waiting area. I waited 30 minutes for my appointment without any interaction. I ended up leaving without being seen. It really wasn’t a pleasant experience given how long I’d waited for that appointment.

The GP I saw was so polite, after examination she referred me to A&E for further investigation, she was right to do so.

Had appointment with Nurse. All went well. Very happy with the support I’m getting. Got another appointment made for August to have further blood tests.

Appointment on time GP efficiently diagnosed my problem and made it very understandable. A further referral was required and I have received an immediate appointment.
