The new triage system worked well for me yesterday. I was offered an appointment the same day. I received some very good detailed practical advice from the doctor relating to an erstwhile intractable problem. The doctor really listened.

I completed a triage form and was offered an appointment the same day. The doctor offered good, detailed practical advice with regard to a previously intractable problem. The doctor really listened.

Filled in the online form early morning - received a same day appointment - was seen by a very sympathetic doctor who arranged a blood test the following day. Had the blood test early next morning and booked an ECG appointment for the following week. I must say that I have been looked after by this practice all my life and have never been disappointed or upset by the treatment I have received.

Very informative and no waiting i was told everything I wanted to know Both Doctor and nurse Listened to watch I had to say and just waiting for results from the blood test

When I saw the plans for this new triage system, that started in March, I wasn't that convinced it would work. But, I really like it and I'm confident with it. I was able to submit my request and see a GP on the same day and get the treatment I needed. Brilliant. Thank you.

The nurse was so understanding and helpful. She even remembered my birthday party I told her I would be having. She gave me choices instead of telling me what she will do. We discussed my treatment and what was best for me at this time.

Had appointment with physio, fantastic! Listened to everything I had to say, understood what I am going through regarding the pain, took on board everything. Did examination, practical advice and follow up exercises and help. Best physio in Sheffield! Fabulous! Would highly recommend this physio and his service to everyone!

I saw a female doctor as I was experiencing breast pain and she was very supportive and reassuring. Did a breast examination then explained that she was referring me to the breast clinic immediately for further checks was very clear about why and what to expect - I felt like she was genuinely caring at a time when I really needed that level of support.
