    So I rung at exactly 10.00 as per instructions. Could not get through. When I did get through , was told to hang up and call back. Eventally ,got through after 30 minutes only to find all slots were now taken. Now I will have to top up my phone in order to try again. But what is the point? Why was I taken on as a new patient when the chances of speaking to a doctor are remote?

    Thank you for your feedback. If we have reached capacity on our telephone line your call will not connect. Our telephone lines are busy and our appointments get filled quickly, however you will need to persevere until you can gain an appointment. Of note, there are far reaching implications when a GP Practice no longer takes on new patients and we are currently not in the position to require this action.

    Was long to queue to book in, touch screen wasn’t working brill and receptionist weren’t too good with coming up with solutions. Very angry patients causing a racket not good when patients are feeling unwell

    Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the self-check-in wasn't working and the queue was long, however there would not be a quick solution for this issue. We always try to deal with angry patients as quickly and efficiently as we can as we do understand this does not help those patients in attendance that are not well.

    I found the surgury very afficiant did not have to wait long but i have to say this surgrry is not easy to find or get to if you didnt have a car there is no parking facilitys availsble for patients attending appt .

    I recently booked myself in for a blood test after having experienced certain symptoms. On arrival to the practise, I was told I needed a bloods form which I was not made aware of while booking in on the NHS app. I therefore asked the receptionist if she could book me in with a doctor to have my bloods done, but also with a nurse for an "invite only" overdue, cervical cancer screening AND with a nurse to discuss the contraceptive pill. I was directed to online bookings/consultations, and having keyed in my relevant symptoms I was advised to go to A&E

    Thank you for your comments. We are sorry that the NHS App does not make it clear that a blood form is required, the App is not owned by us, therefore we cannot amend the information available on it. Most blood tests are carried out by a Healthcare assistant. Smear appointments and blood test appointments are both available on-line to book. I believe the issue would have been if you were trying to complete one form for everything you required, you would need to complete the appropriate form for each area required. The reception team should have offered you a form to complete for your contraceptive pill to avoid the need of completing on-line. I will share this with our team to improve this going forward.

    The GP visited not only heard what I had to say regarding my concerns, but listened and addressed them. It remains to be seen if the hospital acts on my referral but my confidence level was enhanced.

    I had really great visit the nurse was lovely & very very helpful explained alot of things & went through all different test that are going to take place over next few months to help get to the bottom of all my breathing problems. Felt like she really wanted to help me wasnt rushed or just fobbed off . Really great experience ? well done .

    I’ve been with the doctors for over 4 months and still not been able to get a appointment I suffer really bad with anxiety and having no help

    This was an appointment over the phone , the doctor phoned in the allotted time . She listened to what I had to say and prescribed the medication needed .

    Sort out your call center. Have the old system back where we can make appointment whenever the Doctor's are available it's instead of weekly slots. Sort Emergency appointments times it should be all day call in instead of 8am and 2pm. There is more I don't have enough time.

    Thank you for your comments. Changing to weekly slots has been a recent change and mostly we have received much more favourable comments and we have seen a decrease in complaints. Our urgent appointments are open from 8am to 1pm and then from 2pm onwards, therefore only closed for 1 hour for a change over in staff.
