Every time I go here (unless I have a booked appointment) I have to queue for at least 30 minutes. It doesn't make sense, why must I queue to collect a blood form which I then take round the corner to hand to the nurse? You need more efficient ways of doing things and more people at the windows. I queue to collect a form, fill it in then queue to hand it in. I have mobility problems and find it very difficult to stand for long periods, could you not provide chairs in the queue? Or operate a ticketing system? I just dread every time I need something from the reception desk because I know I will wait forever. The poor receptionists must get an earful from every patient who reaches the front of the queue. Do better.

Have been trying to book a GP appointment online if I click book appointment I just get 5 options that are not relevant, no option for GP appointment just loads of private paying options. I used to be able to at least book a telephone call back but this seems to have disappeared too. How do I see a NHS GP! At my wits end, terrible service.

I had a lady who did my smear test. I was so nervous about getting it done but she made me feel so calm and was so patient with me. All of the staff in there are so lovely. I've been with this practice for years and I've never had an problems and I love that I can book appointments so easily through the online website. Thank you to the NHS staff for all you do for us!

I moved to the south east London,recently and gave birth to my first baby at Kings hospital,all the staff were amazing. I signed up to this gp south lewisham practice, as its the closest and have not being able to see a Gp for months. My son and I have missed out 6/8 weeks check ups. I lost 2 litres during my labour and ended up in a&e, noone has seen us since. It's been almost 3 months. I called this Gp numerous times,they keep tell me they have a back log and cant book us in. I even went to the practice in person to book our check ups and was turn away saying only one person can book these types of appointments and she away. I'm still waiting to this day. This is shocking and the worst Gp practice in London.

Monday morning woke up feeling unwell and due to this took a tumble. After 2pm on same day, filled in online form. Call back within half an hour offering an appointment same day 3.40pm or 17.45pm. Took the latter one. Doctor called circa 15.40pm offering an earlier appointment at 17.00pm. Took that one. Checked in waited no more than 5 minutes and was escorted by Doctor into room. Received thorough examination, chaperone provided when needed. Left feeling confident with diagnosis and how to manage symptoms. Thanks to the doctor and team of the practice who helped me with what started out in the morning as a horribly scary incident. Many thanks.

Nobody answers the phones and redirects to a web form that you get acknowledged but no replies on. The patient access app does not allow you to do much and has few facilities anyway. This is completely being run as though on a shoestring budget with little chance of you being dealt with. The place is really as dead as any urgent patients would be if the needed help

The online system is absolutely appalling. I dread having to contact this surgery. The online request form is too longwinded. Today I attempted to complete the form 10 minutes before 5pm, to then receive a message upon submission that the system was now closed. I then tried to call, but the recorded message said I was above ‘30’ in the queue! I pressed ‘1’ to maintain my position in the queue and to receive a call back, and I made sure I held on to my phone, only to then receive a text message at 17.30 to say that they tried to call me back but there was no answer and I should call back today before 17.00pm! Totally agree that the excuse of covid has now worn very thin, and surely still can’t be used an an excuse for a poor service.

I agree entirely with the last review, which states that since the gp merged with Modality, the quality of the service has become appealing. The staff are rude, dismissive, contradicting, unsupportive and I dare to say discriminative. They don’t care about the patient’s health and well-being anymore. The appointment process became extremely frustrating and difficult to book. After going online and filling out the form, you receive a phone appointment, sometimes three days later, at a random time with no previous warning. When you answer the call, if you need to see the doctor face to face, they tell you to wait a few more days, as someone else will call you to book a face-to-face appointment. It’s ridiculous. Then you go to the face-to-face appointment, and it’s a nurse instead of a doctor, which is misleading and completely unprofessional. When I raised the issue to a staff member today and told her that I could lose a limb or die if my situation was not taken seriously, she replied that if I had an urgent problem, I had to attend the hospital, not the gp. Which makes me think, what are their responsibilities now? There is no more covid-19 to use as an excuse, so what are they doing the whole day? Probably seeing private patients, I suppose. The nhs service has become a superficial brand that only exists to justify the high tax deductions on everyone’s salaries. It isn’t very comforting and a reason for concern. After over a year of having bad experiences at this practice, I can’t take it anymore, I will search for another one. I only hope I can find a decent one still operating around my area.

ever since this GP has merged with Modality the service is appalling. I have waited for 1 hour to get through to reception, then got cut off online form is not responded to, I am unable to get the results from my blood test which was taken 3 weeks ago. This is not acceptable and action needs to be taken immediately to resolve this untenable situation. This is not a progressive service - it is making basic NHS services completely inaccessible to the community which this GP practise is supposed to serve.

I put in an online request on 5/6/23, no response again on the 10th 15th and spent over an hour in the queue on the phone to be told I'd be called back. Due to work I requested call from 3pm onwards got a call from Dr at 12.50 whilst I'm unable to answer they text to say we will try again 24 hours later still no call back!!!! This place is a shambles! I will most certainly be looking for a new surgery for myself and my family
