    I have had excellent service via e-consult and follow up from the GP Pharmacy Associate. He follows up quickly after I asked a question about my statin and a possible interaction . Many thanks

    After waiting over 45 to a scheduled telephone appointment to discuss my test results with doctor this morning. I rang the surgery only to be told by receptionist that doctor “ a little late” and all they can do is to get them to call me when they are free. No apology of any sort was offered. When I remarked that as a patient if I was 45 minutes late I would at least apologise and I wouldn’t be seen by the doctor. Your receptionist response was” that’s neither here nor there “ Now my appointment is over 1hr 10 minutes late and no one has rang me to offer any solutions or apologise . As apparently calls are monitored perhaps the practice manager should actually listen to some of them and at least train their receptionist stuff not to be rude the patients and be a bit more civil and professional

    Dear patient, thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I'm sorry you had an extended wait for your telephone appointment today, as you can appreciate 2 days before Christmas is a very busy time for us and the doctors are not always able to ring exactly at the time stated. I apologise for our receptionist's attitude, I will ensure this is taken up with the team. As this post is anonymous I'm afraid I am unable to look into this issue more.     Pharmacist rang me and went through all necessary information. Then answered further questions from me about medication/conditions. I was treated as an intelligent human being and it was all so helpful.

    The GP explained what the surgery was able to offer its elderly clientele, who often have complex issues to deal with, and the role of A and E, with their extensive diagnostic facilities, in investigating symptoms. He offered positive advice about my condition, which I have acted on.

    I have the physio twice now and my dizziness has now been treated with the Epley manoeuvre . brilliant physio and would highly recommend the practice .

    For the past two years I have received excellent support from the pharmacy technician at Southview. I find him to be professional, with an excellent attention to detail, patience in explaining test results and following up with supportive information to make positive changes. Thank you.

    i have received the phone call earlier this afternoon by lovely lady to see the doctor for my skin rashes. i understand that i was theast patient and her terrible attitude towards me was unacceptable. this particular 'doctor ' was hardly checked my skin and couldn't express herself.. i am sorry but i would expect better level of specialist advice anyone of us can use Google for help. i am so frustrated that my gp lost the level of professionalism and knowledge. standards are gone however i am like many of us paying for nhs service which is not present. i have asked her for referral about my middle ear as in august when I've seen another practitioner my symptoms are the same. she asked me to complete another appointment which is totally unacceptable and bliss of bureaucracy! i have no time or spare day to visit such a low-level of G gp Terrible experience and disappointment.

    We were sorry to receive this feedback, our triage system enabled us to identify your online consultation which you had submitted in the morning and offer you an appointment to be seen later the same day, I understand you received an examination, diagnosis and treatment, I am sorry you are disappointed with this service. As an urgent on the day appointment, I hope you can understand the time restraints on an already busy clinic and the reason our clinician was unable to deal with other routine matters you raised during this appointment.     For my Doctor at Southview Partnership to advise me to go to straight to A&E on 31/10 I can’t explain how grateful I am that during my appointment my Doctor had a calm professional attitude throughout, she took the time to listen and examine me drawing to a quick conclusion all the while thinking about the next steps and about how serious the situation could get Indeed the first 24 hours at the hospital was fraught and a little scary whilst the Doctors there had to try a variety of antibiotics until one started working Whilst it took the hospital some time to confirm my GP’s diagnosis was correct and I really would hate to think what would have happened if I hadn’t had the appointment and if hadn’t followed her advice I was discharged from hospital yesterday and am weak as a kitten but am so grateful that despite the system of e-consults that we all like to complain about, when things got serious my GP practice were fantastic and I would highly recommend

    I went in suffering from Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo. I received excellent treatment and as forecast after 3 sessions I was cured.
