Always patient and extremely helpful receptionists. I can always get an appointment in an appropriate time. No waiting weeks. I am never rushed in an appointment and always listened to and make me feel better.

I've had several appointments at this practice, the most recent being a phone appointment with a doctor who was friendly and explained some stuff to me which was nice and it didn't feel rushed (although by its nature it was quite short). So far, at least, my experience with this practice has been good. Also didn't have to wait long for this appointment (nor my previous ones) which is always a plus!

For a few days, now, I have been trying to make a non-urgent appointment. Day 1, I get a "sorry, the online request form is only available during business hours". Really - do servers work business hours only? Day 2 business hours, I get a "sorry, the online request for is unavailable because the doctor is sick". Really - do they only have one doctor available? Day 3 lunch time on business day, I get a "sorry, due to time of day, the appointment form is not available". Seriously, I can't request an appointment for another day, even? I can't recommend them, sorry!

I would just like to thank the Team I dealt with, with regards to the procedure for contraception. They made me feel very at ease during my appointment. Everything was perfectly explained and they all kept me cool, calm and collected during the procedure. Thank you all again for making the process such a wonderful one, even though it can be an uncomfortable one for others.

I joined Southview medical practice last year, I’ve not had any problems getting any appointments and when I’ve got an appointment the Dr’s have been great not just with myself but my kids too. I find requesting a call back so much easier and the online service too!

Ever since I moved to Woking 5years ago I have always had great service and care, even during COVID when I was checked for bowl cancer they could not do enough for me. And even today a call regarding my medication that I was not expecting and again took time to listen to me. So a big thank you to the staff and doctors at Southview medical practice

The team at Westfield/Southview are brilliant. My youngest has some ongoing health complications and the doctors and reception team are always patient, allow me to talk through my concerns and really listen. This gives me such peace of mind I’m being listened to, they act accordingly and treat us as individuals. The doctors we’ve have contacted with have been brilliant and can’t thank them enough.

my wife is having problems with her ears. i called the practice around 4pm on the 3rd and i had a call back giving us an appt at 5:15 pm.we saw the practice nurse who was excellent. we have been with the practice for over 10 years and we have excellent caring service from from everyone-doctors nurses pharmacists receptions thank you.
