The new system where requests for appointments are triaged worked brilliantly for me. Clear process efficient and every person from receptionist to GP listened and made me feel cared for listened to and assured. Brilliant!

Honestly the service at the GP is exceptional. The front of desk ladies are always happy to help and polite. Both doctors I have seen in the last week have got me in straight away, listened to my problems and referred me on straight away. Both have explained things in detail and have given me reassurance. So thank you the whole team do a great job x

I have had weekly nursing care for 8 weeks. I saw a number of different nurses Every nurse treated me with great kindness, encouragement and professionalism .Finally after 8 weeks my injury has healed. I would like to thank all the nurses for their great care and the practice

First class service in response to a phone call yesterday. Phone answered quickly, fool-proof system for sending photo of infected thumb, 5 minute conversation with GP 30 minutes later and prescription sent through to local chemist at the end of the call. This is the kind of efficiency we need to see from the NHS everywhere.
