GP called me in early which allowed me a bit more time to raise 2 issues which was helpful as I struggle to find time to make appointments because of my job. These difficulties have meant I have put off trying to sort out my issues. I found her a good listener, she treated me as an intelligent person and respected my views. This has not always been the case when discussing menopause issues. I really miss having a good GP relationship which I had pre covid with my allocated GP - it has since been hard to see him due to his current role. Based on my experience today I would try and see this GP again. I have in the past booked appointments on line and would welcome the opportunity to do that again if if were possible as part of my issue is difficulty ringing at the prescribed time.

I have needed medical advice twice in the past 3 months. On both occasions the administration was friendly and efficient, appointments were offered within one week, and the clinicians were caring and professional.

From the initial conversation with the receptionist through to the doctor, my elderly mum received exceptional medical care, kindness & respect. Thank you to everyone involved.

I am the carer for my 95 year old mother E. On Monday 29 July ‘24 I was very concerned about my mother’s health. She is housebound. The doctor I spoke to was reassuring and concerned. At approximately 11am he personally phoned to say I had secured an appointment with Dr C..gg for 1 pm. I was most impressed by her professional bedside manner with my mother who hasn’t been out of Moorfield Court Sheltered accommodation in months. She was patient and very thorough with E .She addressed my mother personally and acknowledged mums hearing difficulties. Mum wasn’t feeling well during the appointment and the conversation had to be stilted. Dr C..gg followed up the appointment with a text containing steps taken and to be taken this week. A very professional and ‘measured’ appointment. It was most appreciated at a worrying and difficult time for us. Thank you Dr C and the Practice Yours, Marion Weaver

Telephoned at 10.30 am to request appointment for what I believed would be a routine appointment in maybe 2-3 weeks' time. Having described symptoms and problem to Receptionist I was advised I would be seen that day. Call back from Dr by 11 am and appointment offered for 11.40 am. Thorough discussion of problem, physical examination and further tests booked and ongoing care/investigations planned. Blood tests needed, and let's do thorough Well Woman tests at the same time - and that was booked for 12 noon that very same day. Bloods sorted and advised by nurse that I should book flu and pneumonia vaccinations. they were booked with receptionist before I left and home again by 12.30. Gracious me - 2 hours after initial call I was home again having been examined, bloods taken, given advice, further tests booked. Absolutely brilliant, it simply couldn't have been any better. Thank you.

9.30- filled in online form for non urgent but concerning skin problem. 10.40- received phone call offering appointment 11.15 - mole measured and examined. 11.20- left surgery greatly reassured.

Needing an appointment on a busy Monday morning , I was anticipating technical problems. Despite my incompetence in submitting photographs requested and failing to answer a call back, all three doctors and admin staff involved were extremely kind and patient and did their best to help me. I left the practice feeling that my concerns had been listened to and my questions answered . I feel confident that I am in still in good hands at this practice, despite the changes that have become necessary for the delivery of services . Please pass on my sincere thanks to all concerned.

I wanted to say a big thank you to Nurse H for being so caring and empathetic during my appointment this morning (10/05). I was nervous and having a bit of a wobble around another issue that I hadn’t realised until that moment, but Nurse H was able to make me feel less apprehensive and showed she understood and able to put me at ease. She listened and said all of the right things so I ended up having a really positive experience. I went away feeling much better, thank you.

Used the AccuRx Triage Service via the NHS mobile app for the first time. Easy to fill form completed and sent at 0810. Doctor called me at 0920. Appointment made same day for 1045. Saw friendly and efficient medical practitioner and prescribed antibiotic treatment. Prescription fulfilled by 1105. Job done. Excellent service, and well done to the whole team. Thank you!

After the recent death of my Aunt I have found the experience dealing with the Doctors and staff at the Medical Centre extremely considerate, understanding and helpful. This made the sad experience much easier because I was kept in touch with the procedure, with the Doctor keeping me informed all the way. I would like to thank all the Doctors and staff.
