I have been with Spring Hill Practice for three years now and their response has always been fast and the staff is very professional and friendly, today’s appointment for a blood test was no different. The nurse was really lovely and attentive, and she was happy to answer my questions.

My nurse was so helpful in preparing me for my trip to Brazil and making sure I would have all my vaccines in time. I’ve been registered at Spring Hill Practice for 3 years now and have only ever had positive experiences, especially with staff.

We’ve always found it very quick and easy to book appointments and never had to wait long to see or speak to someone. I had my travel vaccination appointment only a couple of days after making the request and got all my jabs there and then. Great service.

The online triage form is incredibly easy to use - no waking up at 8am to phone for an appointment here. I have always spoken to a doctor within a few hours, and been given rapid appointments when needed. The new building is great too - would recommend.

I’m going to the GP nurse once a week to change the dressing of my nephrostomy and have done so for the last 3 months. I feel very happy with the personal relationship that has been built up over these months and having the same nurse changing the dressing every week makes me feel safe and that I’m in good hands. The trust is there and I really feel I’m being treated with care and respect.

Great service from the nurse who took my bloods. I’ve got a fear of needles however she made me feel really comfortable and was really quick with the process. Lovely GP practice. Service is always great.

This surgery is a very nice one with the staff expercaly the nurses that attend to me always nurses she's a very good one that knows her job and she's available for questions and answers all the time I meet with her.
