Was seen today to have my blood done. Was greeted warmly and was put at ease because of my fear of needles can’t mention the persons name but she was so inviting and informative. Asked for her to do my blood test in future.

Spring Hill have been fantastic. I recently had an issue that needed addressing and was seen quickly, by caring staff. I was encouraged by the staff to get back in touch with any issues and they checked on me several times to make sure I was okay. I would highly recommend to anyone!

The staff at spring hill are wonderful. I’m extremely impressed by how quickly they respond to your online query and how promptly they follow up with you. I came to get some injections and the HCA giving me the injection (K) was so kind and caring with my needle phobia. I had a very positive experience today and really appreciate the time taken to make me feel heard, comfortable and understood from reception to treatment. Thanks guys!

I find it very easy to book an appointment using the online triage, where you get a call back on the day from a GP to determine if you need an appointment. The appointments tend to be available same-day or within days. The new building is tidy and professional looking. The staff have always been very friendly.

I attended my appointment at the practice today 14/01/25 at around 11:00. The receptionist who attended me was a black female very kind and quickly check my details and assigned me a seat. No long after that the nurse, Asian I think came through the door, called me and in a professional manners got the blood samples and did the heart as requested by the Doctor. All in all, great team and attendance. Keep it up.

The senior practice nurse who administered my vaccines was an absolute star! He was super helpful, gave me really detailed and informative advice about my trip abroad, and made me feel very calm during the injections! All the other staff were very friendly and the facilities were lovely too!

Today, I had a blood test and I hate needles. However, like during the last time I had this procedure, the nurse calmed my nerves by having a friendly chat and a good sense of humanity and humour, so all was over quickly and painlessly. The practice is in the heart of the community and has a community spirit. I have been with them since 2005 and have always found them supportive.

I am super happy with this practice, I always get a call back and am always seen when needed. I recently had blood taken and the Senior Practice Nurse was amazing - made me feel so calm and settled and he was super friendly and accommodating. Really happy with my experience here, especially considering how much pressure is on the NHS.
