I had an appointment with the doctor 11:10 on 13/3/25 to discuss my results and on going symptoms. It was a very positive experience. The doctor listened attentively, asked pertinent questions and recommended a course of action. No rush. I appreciated the care given and left the Center with a positive feeling. Excellent.

The man who attended my call this morning provided me with excellent service. He treated me very kindly and helped me to book an in-person appointment with ease. Also, the Dr was kind, took the time to listen to my son and made him feel heard. I am very grateful for the service and actions taken today.

After dealing with an ongoing chest issue for months I was beginning to lose hope of ever being listened to (properly). This trainee doctor not only showed incredible medical expertise but also took the time to really talk to me. (Rather than just listening to my chest, telling me it was clear, then sending me on my way, despite the constant cough & pain I was in.) We had a good 20-minute chat, and thanks to her curiosity and attention to detail, she figured out that inflammation in my lungs was the cause of the problem. I’m now fully recovered and honestly couldn’t be more thankful. I can't write the Doctor's name & unfortunately, I was told by reception to leave a review (rather than email the practice manager.) So I'm not sure how this is going to work! My appointment was on 28th February 2025. Thank you very much to that female, trainee doctor. She is a credit to the Springfield team.

spoke to reception today and they were really helpful. saw doctor next day and great help to me. I got support I wanted and needed quickly. I think the surgery is very very good

I called to book an appointment this morning as I was not feeling well at all and I was given a F2F appt the doctor was very friendly and helpful. I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Springfield Medical Centre. Everyone is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, from the receptionists to the doctors. I have always been treated with respect and felt a sincere interest in helping me with my issues. My GP, in particular, has been fantastic, and I feel very fortunate to have such great care at this practice. I also want to address some of the negative comments I’ve seen here – they don’t reflect the exceptional experience I’ve had. The staff at Springfield work tirelessly to provide top-notch care, and it’s clear they are committed to their patients’ well-being. I am grateful and blessed to have this surgery as my GP practice. Thank you, Springfield Medical Centre, for all that you do!

I have been registerd with this practice for over 9 years long. Last years i had a sever agoraphobia and couldn't leave the house. I didn't require often a home vist at all it was very rare but the way i have been treated by some doctors there and they know them self very well when they read this reviews was not even a human behaviour let leave beeing a doctor. It was a very difficult step for me to deside to leave due to my anxiety for changes but i did with hope i get better understanding on the new place. I don't recommend this surgery at all a specially that i got to hear from my new surgery that they give routine appointments mostly within 1 week while at Springfield it's weeks long. Sometimes even 6 weeks. Glad i could finally leave.

My recent experience with the doctor was extremely helpful she helped me with various health ailments both physical & phycological, the GP was kind & listened she was careful to prescribe only what I needed & to follow up with appointments in the coming months. I'm very grateful for the fantastic service.

I came today for blood test nurse took my blood even not wearing gloves not clean the erea with wet swop straight insert needle in to my vein without wipe the skin Than she said lying on bed even not put bed cover or paper towel on bed i asked her can you please put sheet cover on bed she said we don't have sheet cover than i took off my jumper to put on bed it was very bad experience How can you eject needle someone without wearing gloves and not cleaning the skin and i have a doubt about the needle is new or not I came out from the room i complaint at reception but girl behind the counter she said give in written

Really grateful as the doctor was kind & compassionate towards me I didn't feel uncomfortable & felt respected she did a complete check up eg bloods heart blood pressure tests before offering & giving me the option of medication I'm very grateful.
