    Couldn’t get doctors appointment so used the app which should have replied next working day. 10 days later I get a reply which tells me to make a doctors appointment. After 40 mins in telephone queue, I’m told there are no appointments and have to ring at 8 o’clock. I start work at 8 and it’s impossible to ring . I am changing my doctor, this is the worst doctors I’ve ever been with. I’m only with them because my doctor retired and sent me here.I would be okay if I didn’t work and had all day to phone up or sit in the doctors waiting for an appointment.

    Ring at 8 on the dot for the past 3 days to be on hold for over an hour and then told no appointments available. Ring 111 to be told contact your GP to get an appointment but when contacting GP again still told no can do. Receptionists are extremely rude and unhelpful. We’re told not to waste walk in and A&E time but what are we to do when the GP never has appointments available especially for young children

    I visited the surgery today and was greeted by a polite and helpful receptionist. The doctor listened to my symptoms and was very thorough. Thank you.

    I had an appointment booked for a medication review and a smear test which was cancelled by the practice due to unforeseen circumstances. My medication has nearly run out now, they will not represcribe due to me needing a review. I was told when i enquired inside the practice (as there is always a 30 minute wait on the phone) a months worth would be issued to me as a urgent matter, due to not being able to be seen until march. I telephoned today and was told it hadn't been actioned. The receptionist said there was nothing else that could be done for me and i would need to call back. I was moved over to this practice when my practice closed but i wish i had been given the choice as i wouldn't recommend this one to anyone. They are accepting new patients but haven't got the staff or the capacity to provide access for the patients they already have. My smear hasn't been rebooked as the diary isnt available to do so for another week. Even then the practice nurse offers such limited appointment options. Unhelpful staff and poor patient care.

  5. Review titled 4 weeks behind on vaccines and cancelled again

    My new born was due his 8 week vaccinations, upon arrival it was cancelled and booked 4 weeks later! Due tomorrow and they cancelling it again, he is now 12 weeks and is going to be behind! I am furious especially with everything going around!

    After having blood tests do to be told my cholesterol was high , then you can ear different foods or take tablets for a very long time wasn't even given a diet sheet .told to go home and read up about . Also 2 appointments to see the asthma nurse was cancelled after waiting 3 weeks for each one . Put on medication was told I'd get a phone to review it 6 weeks later I had to go asking for the nurse to phone me the list goes on . Happy to say I'll be going to a different practise

    Receptionist phoned me to advise me the Doctor had ordered a blood test so would I like to book an appointment. Booked an appointment for Thursday 03/11/22 at 11:00am. Arrived for the appointment in plenty of time signed in with reception and was told take a seat. I was sitting on that seat for 40 minutes that’s how late the appointment was. I was called in to see the nurse who couldn’t find any Doctors orders for blood test on the computer.

    I’m very disappointed with the practice I’ve been trying to book a colorectal cancer blood test without success. All I get from the receptionist is no appointments available for the near future you will have to go to the hospital.

    I really didn’t think it was possible to be any worse than it was, but alas here we are. Appointment book for 2 things nurse not given time to do both things, so have to wait for another appointment that is after waiting for 8 weeks for this appointment. Prescription has been with a dr for 7 days and still hasn’t been signed off, urgent from the hospital as the tablet this surgery have been giving me for 5+ years are not the right thing and here I am still waiting. Do not go here if you ever want to see an actual dr as I am not sure they even have one

    once one can get through a monotonous and continuous message saying ''you are number **in the queue'' is activated ,bad enough if you are number 1 in the queue let alone hanging on for 10 mins listening to it -it 's enough to drive you suicidal, perhaps it's there to make you hang up! what happened to the music with intermittent message telling you what number you are ?
