    Very professional nurse,I call in the time,and very nice recepționer , some time some of the staff has to by more professional and tray to explain to the patient that like GP you has to care of your patients.

    I received a pneumonia immunisation. The nurse who administered it to me barely said a word to me the whole appointment and gave me no notice before inserting the needle into my arm. Furthermore, she didn’t use an antiseptic wipe or anything to sterilise the injection site before inserting the needle, which is an infection risk.

    The physiotherapist quickly identified the issue I was having and provided a set of stretch and strengthening exercises for me to do. We went through each one in depth and I was provided with a program to follow on the physio app. Quick and helpful service all round.

    Chaotic practice unfriendly and ineffective receptionists . This is the second online consultations i had to submit the first one was ignored . A few weeks ago i received a prompt regarding a blood test that was incorrect as i had not had a blood test . Extremely worrying .No continuity as never see the same doctor . Disappointing service sadly.

    The doctors are very professional and treated me with medication for help because I've got a lack of energy in my blood and low iron anaemia due to heavy menstrual blood. I am very glad the doctor treated me. I am beingwell, care medication, anaemia investigation and very helpful.

    I went there to ask help regarding my blood tests and all the staffs are helping me out trying to keep me calm overcome my fear of the needle. The procedure went well quickly. I did not feel anything. My nervousness is gone. Thank you

    I’m not at all happy with the appointment today . I’ve booked appointment for one issue and they mentioned something else . Doctors was not listerning to my issue properly she didn’t even looked at me . I’m mentioning her my issue she just said repeat tests .

    You can see cuts have been made! The surgery is understaffed and the building is in a poor state of repair. Had to wait ages with no update on what was happening. That said, received excellent care from the practice nurse.
