Although there are several g.p's at this practice, I have found them all to be equally committed to best practice and a high standard of patient care.

I went for flu jab the whole process from receptionist to the nurse was great.Receptionist and the nurse both were excellent really wonderful.

Did e-consult, got same day appointment, thorough examination, diagnosis and referrals. Sympathetic GP whi listened to concerns.

I was finally able to make an appoitment to see a doctor by actually attending the surgery in the morning. I specifically requested to see a Female doctor. Receptionist booked me that afternoon confirming it was with a female doctor. But I was given an appoitment with the a male doctor. I told reception that I had requested a female doctor. The receptionist tried to see if any female doctors were avalible but they were none. She then asked the admin person for assistance as she relaesed they had made a mistake in not booking me with a female doctor. To my astonishment the Male admin person was trying to convince to me to see the male doctor as he stated 'he (the doctor) sees and examines many female patients'. I was lost for words. Note to the sugery and administration department - if a patients asks to be visited by a specific gender please respect their wish. Also please allow patients to make a booking in advance over the phone. It almost impossible.

I've been trying to get help with my mental health. The system is designed for failure. Unable to book online as system down, phoned up and the recorded message says press one to book online, which doesn't work. Receptionist said someone will phone me to book an appointment. I said I needed a face to face appointment. I'm hard of hearing and don't like speaking on the telephone. I asked for some medication which took weeks to sort out, which didn't help my sleep problem. I tried to ask for help in the appropriate way. The system is broken.

Called into the practice to drop off a letter but also to reschedule a vaccination The receptionist asked me to take a seat and wait. 10 minutes later the practice nurse called me through and I was given my vaccination there and then. I was offered a quick blood pressure and weight check. I was also second vaccination that I did not realise I could have. I want to thank both the receptionist and the nurse for their proactive service and their friendly manner

Awful experience from manager to receptionist.Everybody is lying about travel vaccinations.1 person is saying we started 2 weeks ago other persons said we don’t do receptionist said I don’t know. Total waste people no idea what they are doing and who gave them this job. OMG this practice is totally rubbish, rude behaviour,lack of knowledge, no idea what they are doing. Please please please please please don’t use this practice. Total waste of time.

Thank you for your feedback, I know you have submitted this anonymously however the staff are aware who you are. Please let me inform you that we are not a travel vaccine surgery and we have not signed up to be one, we do however have to give 4 vaccines for travel as per our NHS contract. To be a travel vaccine surgery we have to sign an additional contract which is voluntary and as there is a fully functional Travel service not far from the surgery we have not signed that contract therefore we are not obliged to give the travel vaccines or Travel advice other than the 4 mentioned. If you would like me to assist you in finding another GP surgery that offers the service you are looking for please feel free to contact me. Practice Manager

I had an appointment at the end of the day so expected there to be a delay, but I waited only a couple of miles, and the nurse who saw me was very friendly and efficient.
