Attendee the surgery for my flu jab and test results. I arrived to find ample and easy parking. Then I was met by a very helpful friendly receptionist and a fully working and East check in system. I was treated on time by a friendly helpful and professional nurse who was fully organised with good advice. The facilities were clean and well ordered. All rooms are fully accessible. I left a suggestion for a photo board of staff at the surgery with reception which was well recieved and a promise to share with the practice. An excellent service thank you. I'd like to add that booking my appointment was very straightforward.

Great service when you can get appointment. Ring back from Dr is great. I haven't seen Dr just phone consultation which was very thorough. Only fault is the wait /ring back time to get appointment. It's difficult for me due to my job to have my phone on me. I have waited over 2 hours at times to speak to someone. Staff are pleasant and have helped me greatly when their has been a problem cannot fault them.

Great service as always at the surgery. I was overdue on my B12 injection and they got me back in that same afternoon. The nurses are great, in particular the children’s nurse doing 8 week checks. Always get quick responses using patient triage on the website too, and have always seen my daughter same day when required

My wife had her blood test taken and had to wait 6 weeks for the results so when we went to hospital for the results the doctors told us that there where none due to the person that took the blood tests didn't put the proper paperwork in with the tests now we have to wait another 6 weeks for the results before any treatment if any and wait another 6 weeks of pain

First time using the surgery and I wish it was the last, I approached the receptionist who saw me and walked off and never returned to the counter. I used the self check in and found where I had to go my self. The nurse greeted us but there was no interaction with my child and she was very rough with the injections. I then felt I was being rushed out of the room when trying to calm my daughter down. I suffer with back issues and couldn’t push the pushchair and carry my daughter. I felt forced to placed her down before ready so I could leave. I didn’t want to move surgeries, but had no choice due to moving house.

Rude, incompetent Doctors. No interest in supporting elderly people and when complained, was advised to ask for a different Dr instead of taking complaint seriously. No proactive community care. Would not come out to visit house bound father. Oncology team advised me to call GP but GP refused to help resulting in Oncologist writing to GP; delay of several weeks re support and no apology. Reception team; mixed…one really rude member of staff who delights in being unhelpful. This would be funny if you weren’t poorly and needing assistance, It’s a real shame as this was an amazing family friendly and community surgery but Practice Manager does not want to address concerns or even contact you when you request a phone call. Avoid if you take your and your families health seriously.

Just had a gp recommend I stop breastfeeding, wasnt related to my ailment and came out of the blue. Despite nhs and who recommending feeding till 2 years, this qualified gp thought she would give me her opinion that didn't relate to anything I said or was there for. This gp didn't seem bothered during the consultation regarding my condition but was still happy to reccomend medical advice that is contrary to medicaly supported advice. Not happy.

Use of the App is amazing , the practice responds quickly to your needs, better than having to go into the surgery and queue and wasting everybody’s time !
