I have had a number of continual appointments due to a health problem, but the staff couldn’t be more helpful in trying to accommodate me with appointments and follow up information to take me forward. Can I particularly thank the Reception staff for their support and help? Always very professional, and informative. Well done and thank you!

I was very happy with the service provided today as the receptionist called me back within 1/2 hour to offer me a cancellation ECG appointment. Otherwise would have had to wait another 2 weeks. She was very polite and helpful, especially as I was feeling very anxious about having to wait. Very grateful to her.

Phoned surgery at 8am. There was a wait but that is understandable. Booked an emergency appointment for later that same morning. Attended surgery - seen in timely manner. Doctor was very professional, confirmed my condition and provided paperwork for my employer - most helpful and reassuring.

I had an ongoing issue with appointment booking via the NHS app. A member of staff at the practice helped me to acces the App. The staff member and her colleague went over and above to help me resolve the issue. Fantastic customer service

A huge thank you to the lady on reception today. I realised I didn’t have enough tablets to last for my holiday. Called up Friday midday, was travelling on Sunday, was asked to visit the surgery to fill out a quick form, checked my NHS just after 5pm and the prescription was there!. Really thought I was going to run out of tablets while away. Thank you soooo much for sorting it out for me. Super service ☺️

The receptionist was very helpful. There wasn’t any appointments available when I called. But she rang me the following morning with an appointment. Spoke to the doctor within hours. Extremely thankful for her service.

New drug causing great pain. Today the Surgery acted immediately and GP responded immediately . I have had excellent care from the same GP for many months. The receptionist responded speedily and sensitively to my suffering.

Review titled Impossible to book a non urgent appointment

I’ve just tried to book an online non urgent appointment via NHS app. I went in to book dead on 12 when appointments are released. 3 were available but by the time I completed the process each time(taking only a few seconds to write a 2 word reason for the appointment) the appointment was no longer available. This happened all 3 times by which time at only a minute past 12 all appointments were gone. Then immediately tried to call the surgery and was number 23 in the queue so no luck there. Not sure what more I could have done and if this happens every day how am I ever going to get an appointment. Irony is I called in the surgery earlier this morning but was told I’d have to use the on line system at 12.
