The vaccine day was well organised and efficient. The lady who did the vaccination was very professional and efficient.

Punctual service on Saturday for Flu and COVID vaccines. In done and out quickly. Appointment was for 12.18, went in at 12.16, and straight out.

Flu jab clinic October 2024 was handled very well, very quickly in/out but despite being quick - that didn’t take away from the care/treatment provided, it ran very smoothly. I am now very happy with this practice. I’ve never had an issue with any of the doctors/nurses anyway - it was the reception staff (2 specifically) I found very rude and short when speaking to me, however in the last few months I can’t even fault that team. Maybe due to a staff turnaround or staff training… Irregardless, the current staff (2024) are lovely to deal with/speak to - very helpful. I’ve received some of the best care recently. I’ve had a receptionist go above & beyond for me this year and it was much appreciated & resulted in me receiving the care I needed. I’ve also found it relatively easy getting an appointment most recently. The only thing I didn’t like in the wait room was the fact they’ve turned the weight machine around so the machine now essentially faces the people waiting in the wait room, it was more private when it was enclosed & you had your back facing the wall when standing on it. Thank you.

We went to get our flu jab and also the latest covid vaccine. The queue was short, an very well organised. All done in a few minutes!

Very quick and streamlined. Plenty of staff on duty who were pleasant and polite. I felt that the doctor who administered the jab fully checked my medical history and was very professional.
