Arriving by car made things difficult. All streets around the area were busy with many parked cars. The appointment time was 10.57 on a Saturday making the situation worse. I ended up walking across the metal staircase not really the perfect choice for an 84 year old.

Response to the clinic was very high and a long queue had developed, but I was impressed by how efficiently the staff dealt with all who attended and I was on my way home after only 20minutes. A credit to the NHS

An excellent experience today, seen and vaccinated straight away, then out. Cannot believe how quick it was, very pleasantly surprised. Able to get parked as well and the parking attendant was very helpful.

I attended the practice for the first time to receive my flu and Covid vaccines. Everything was well-organised, both inside and out of the building.

I attended for my Covid Booster, it was very well organised, with parking attendants in attendance, very organised, welcoming staff. Good experience all round.

After seeing so many people arriving at the practice at the same time, I thought my appointment was going to take ages, so I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the door to be met by a very friendly and efficient person directing me down the corridor, then another and another- almost at the end I was invited into a room, details where checked and I was given the booster injection. Walking out of the door I was directed to an open door, which lead to the outside of the building/ the car park. All completed inside 19 minutes, very efficient service- thank you !

My GP surgery is Lane Ends Surgery, Benton. I had to attend Forest Hall surgery for my Covid injection. The whole experience was one of efficiency, friendliness & helpfulness from all involved and ran like clockwork! Well done to everyone involved.

Arrived a bit early but joined a queue that moved quickly and was dealt eith speedily and effuciently. Really nice people and lovely meficsl centre.
