I’m disabled but parking was available. Didn’t have to wait long. Staff were kind and friendly. Very efficient service- thank you.

So quick and painless very well organised 16 people giving injections and lotsy of helpers giving directions and help to people with disabilities

My mum and I both had our covid jabs there today and found the surgery was well organised, no waiting, and anyone who was disabled were taken where there were seats so no standing which was a great help for my mum who is 91.

I went for my covid booster and was met by one of my gps always lovley demeanour and happy. I’m very happy with my vaccine today.

My only experience with this surgery was for a COVID vaccine, which was handled very efficiently. Walked in, was directed to a room, was administered the vaccine, and then left—absolutely no waiting period at the time I arrived. Out front someone was directing cars in and out of the car park so that (at the time we arrived, at least) there was always 1 or 2 empty parking spaces. Vaccines weren’t administered strictly by appointment time—arriving patients were directed immediately to one of the vaccination rooms without checking appointment times and this worked out very well, ensuring that nobody had to wait. Very efficient.

The covid jab clinic is so good, from the guy helping with the car parking (invaluable) to the speed of the vaccination, in and out in less than 5 mind and a q&a paper as well!
