I always find this surgery to be exceptional! I wanted to leave a personal review for the nurse who did my smear test today. It’s never a fun experience but she made me feel safe and reassured, she fully explains the process before, during and after. She just has a way about her which makes you feel relaxed and always fully informed. Nurses like her should be protected at all cost and the NHS is better for having people like her.

Attended for a post traumatic dog bit to the leg, the nurse was very helpful & kind towards me throughout took her time to chat to me & explain things

I brought my 91 year old mother to see the nurse for a blood pressure review. She made my mum feel very comfortable, and explained what she was going to do and why. The nurse listened very patiently whilst my mum was rambling on, as old people do. She explained to us both the outcome of the appointment and how we were going to proceed going forward. An excellent service.

My nurse wasgreat today, she explained everything thoroughly and I felt at ease with her. I will book with her again when I have this procedure next.

my appointment today with the nurse was very good , Am very happy with all services that I attend , do sometimes have problems to get appointment ,but when I have needed one ,have been seen a d very satisfied

This practice has changed massively over the last couple of months. You never used to be able to get through in the phone or get an appointment if you did manage to get through. Well recently I called during what would have normally been over an hour long wait only to get the phone answered with in minutes! I was then offered a face to face appointment for my daughter that day. Our appointment was on time and my daughter was fully checked. I have also used the online messaging service which is brilliant if you don’t need an immediate answer although I got a reply within an hour! Im not sure what has changed but keep it going please. Such a positive experience! Thank you

Recognised I had sepsis and sent straight to hospital, rang in afternoon to check on my progress. To me that was over there duty of care for me

My appointment was with the Sister at Sutton Hill today, lovely lady who listened and made me at ease, highly recommend. I have also spoken with Dr D and he is a great listener and explains everything so you understand your medication and symptoms. No problems at all seeing them, they are both a credit to the practice and profession. Many thanks and highly recommend.
