Due to a sudden illness, I had three interactions with the GPs, two over the phone and one in person, in one week. During all three, I felt listened to and the doctors were very kind and helpful. All to often we quick to complain, but forget to compliment. I cannot recommend this Medical Practice enough for their compassion and kindness. Thank you so much to all of your dedicated staff.

The nurse put me at ease and explained everything to me in a reassuring manner. She went into detail and was thorough. Excellent 👌

Brilliant and very reassuring. Took time over explaining everything to me about the procedure. Took her time to listen to me and wasn't typing all the time. Felt listened to.

Stirchley Medical Practice is great - I am able to see the same nurse for routine procedures who is fabulous! Recently I had to attend an appointment with an urgent care practitioner who was wonderful - kind, caring and thorough. They were able to arrange for me to go straight to the Surgical Assessment Unit at Royal Shrewsbury Hospital with suspected appendicitis which meant I got the surgery I needed quickly. Cannot fault this practice, I get the care I need, when I need it! Thank you!

Today I had what is hopefully my final cervical screening. The nurse is so friendly and welcoming that you can’t help but relax. It’s always a pleasure to see her. My daughter saw her for her first screening and was naturally apprehensive. When I saw who was carrying out the procedure I knew she’d be fine. You couldn’t wish for a lovelier nurse.

I went for a procedure but on mentioning a concern I had the dr rang me quickly and I had an appointment within the hour.

The staff and drs have been abouslty amazing the last two months I had a health scare and they helped through from start too finish from getting me seen asap too being there for me from start too finish. Through the whole experience I couldn't of asked for better staff and kindness they have all gone above and beyond too help through a very difficult time in my life I really can't praise or recommend this pratice enough from the ladies on the desks too the nurses till the doctors all are amazing please keep up the good work
