    Lately I've been having some health issues. Whenever I contact the surgery by telephone or in person, I feel that I am listened to as well as being seen by a doctor that day, offered a telephone consultation or a face to face appointment that day or the next. Staff are very welcoming, show empathy and I feel are very helpful. Thank you for being so kind.

    I went into the surgery to request a sick note which I had initially requested online. The online service says 48 hours turnaround and the staff are saying 5 working days. I point their attention to the website and the next thing I am told by the staff is I am taking over them. They have no understanding of customer service or where hey going wrong which is understand your patient’s needs. I am now applying to move to another surgery and will be asking my fiends and family in the area to do likewise. If your system says one thing and you say another, change the system so you don’t look incompetent.

    I want to say a massive thank you to the amazing staff at Stockwell Lodge, the reception staff, they really went over and beyond to help me get the painkillers for my husband who had been in hospital. Also sorting out a doctors note. I really cant thank you enough!

    I visited the surgery to request an appointment for my husband rather than trying to get through on the telephone. Within the hour he was contacted and had a telephone consultation with a GP. He was asked to visit the surgery to have some observations carried out. Debbie at the surgery was excellent and carried out an ECG and arranged further follow up and blood tests. I cannot fault the service we had during an extremely busy period.

    Had alot of difficulties with my elderly father, who is not registered at the practice. The staff there went above and beyond to help me. I was at my wits end as what to do, reception staff & practice manager sorted out my problems quickly. A big thank you

    I got high blood pressure and take regular medicine for it. I mostly pick up my prescription from Pharmacist, however after every six-month Doctors ask me to either call them or send them my blood pressure reading by text. This time Pharmacist suggested to see the doctor before I can get any more medication. I Spend 40 minute on phone waiting and when reached to front of the queues for 30 min no one picked the phone and then it got disconnected. This happened few times. Their website is not accessible as to reset password you need to go to surgery, it’s not connect with nhs App. They suggest that surgery is open on 8am-8pm on Mondays but when you call them after 5pm, answering machine suggest that surgery is closed. So, you need to go there in person to see someone to make an appointment and most of time they don’t offer you appointment, they only offer phone call after surgery visit. Very frustrating and un-accessible services. Surgery was upgraded to make things better but things only gone worst.

    been ringing to speak to someone since 7.59 open at 8.00 40 minutes later still can't get past engaged signal on appointment lines I don't use GP much as I like to self-heal but need some help but hey as usual cant get through surgery is a joke if you are ill ring 3 weeks in advance for help

    I was worried about a personal issue. Rang at 08:00 was answered quite quickly. Receptionist was excellent in taking details and giving me information on the call back procedure. I received a call back within the hour and the Medical Practitioner decided I needed to visit. As I live close by she said to visit immediately. Arrived at the Practice booked in short wait and saw the Practitioner who again was excellent. Clearly had checked my details, examined me, gave me information on what the issue was which eased all my worries. Job Done. Complete experience was excellent could not have been better by all Practice staff concerned.

    Rang for an appointment and the polite receptionist picked up within 3 rings. A telephone GP appointment was offered to me for the same morning. GP rang within 2 hours and following discussion I was given a referral to a medical proffessional. 30 minutes later an appointment was sent to me by text to see the proffessional at Stockwell Lodge. What a brilliant GP service, what more can I say but thank you for a stress free experience.
