The surgery has been very helpful in providing care and understanding following my operation. They have regularly dressed my wounds in a pleasant and timely manner.

Your Review: The reception team and admin were very supportive when we telephone and very efficient the doctors were also very efficient and patient thank you strockwell lodge thank you Staff on reception and the admin team

Due a medication review. Tried to call but long wait so decided to email as it wasn't urgent. However I received an email back within 4 hours stating that I should be able to collect my prescription from the pharmacist. The next day the receptionist called and booked in review and advised that blood test form to be collected from them. Collected the form and spoke with the receptionist on duty regarding another matter and she was extremely pleasant, helpful and everything you could want from a doctors receptionist so thank you. We are all quick to take the time to complain but not so quick to write when we have a positive experience.
