A staff member contacted me regarding information received from a local hospital in relation to an appointment I did not attend. When I informed her that I had not received any correspondence from the hospital of any such appointment, she followed this query up with immediate affect and the error was resolved. The staff member acted quickly to my concern in a respectful and professional manner.

On 17 September I phoned the surgery at 0810 and was greeted with a friendly voice. I was given an appointment for later that morning. Upon arriving the two receptionist were both busy however they immediately asked me how they could help. They clearly enjoy their jobs and it reflects from the way they went about it. I went in to see the doctor who clearly showed empathy with me. She was a lovely person and a true role model for aspiring doctors. As I was leaving the surgery the girls on reception said goodbye. They are a credit to the practice. As a patient with cancer all I can say is thank you, you made my visit as pleasant as it could be. Regards John Cullen.

My daughter was due to have her first lot of imms at 8 weeks old, the receptionist messed up booking the appointment and this wasn't noticed by the doctors until an hour before so they cancelled it. They booked her in for 2 weeks later (so 2 weeks late for her 8 week immunisations) and they told me the time multiple times. I also confirmed when I was in the week after as well for something else. Come to today the day of the appointment and it turns out they'd booked it for 2 hours before they told me so we missed the appointment. They now can't book her in for another 3 weeks so she'll be getting her 8 week imms when she is 13 weeks old, the week after she is supposed to be getting her second set. Shocking customer service from the receptionist today who was basically calling me a liar (without saying the word). Unfortunately even though we've had good service from the doctors in the past, I'm now going to leave and register myself and my 2 children at another doctors. If it wasn't for the reception staff I'd be staying with Stoneycroft, unfortunately we're having to leave a good doctors due to them

Always had great service from the practice the staff are always friendly the doctors are brilliant. Couldn't fault anything about the practice went to the practice recently signed in went to sit down but was called into the doctors straight away had my treatment and was out within 5 minutes

Used the patch's app for the first time .so easy to use got a phone call immediately offering me an appointment today with the practices physiotherapist Fantastic very professional reception staff and the physiotherapist was brilliant

I have a lot of contact with this surgery due to various health issues. I have always been able to easily get an appointment on the same day. Either by calling at 8am or 1pm. I have always been able to get thu to the reception staff within under 5 minutes since the practice was taken over. In the last couple of weeks I have noticed that they have now introduced automated emails and texts about appointments, which I have found really helpful. All the Doctors have been fantastic. They have always taken the time to actually listen and properly help me. I have never been fobbed off or felt embarrassed for having yet another health issue. They all have filled me with confidence that they really know what they are doing and are patient driven. The advanced Nurse Practitioner was amazing. She was very thorough and friendly, and I know from my subsequent referal that she spent a lot of time writing up my health issue and that she was in touch with a couple of specialist departments across the UK to progress my (rare) health issue. I have seen two of the nurses and they have both been excellent. Very friendly and knowledgable. The non medical staff are also fantastic. Due to all my various health problems I have needed a lot of help from them. I have found them to be really kind, helpful and efficient. They always get back to me regarding any queries really quickly and have gone above and beyond to help me. It is so important to have a good GP surgery and I don't know where I would be without Stoneycroft GP. I'm feel very lucky grateful that I am a patient there.

I had suffered really bad with gallstones and got 2 emergency appointments in 2 days with the lovely dr who was kind and compassionate and arranged for me to go straight to surgical ward.. which I was so lucky as it was infected and had it all removed within 2 days. If it wasn’t for the ease of appointments and the professionalism and caring attitude of the Dr I don’t think I would have gone back to A and E and things would of been worse.. so I would like to thank all the staff and the Dr I seen.. people are quick to write bad reviews but I’m so grateful for their help..

Had new ‘management’ taken over approx 6 months ago, I am not sure what’s changed? So bad they manage to mess up a repeat prescription consistently, consistently poor service.

Very upset still doctor phoned to tell my husband over the phone he has cancer How could you do that would not of been done with the last doctors it’s hard enough to be told you have cancer at the best of time even worse over the phone

amazing receptionists and doctors. I was given so much help with my prescription and was able to book an appointment on the day. this surgery is improving. pleased with my experience.
