I ordered repeat meds on the NHS app on Wednesday evening having run out (my fault). The surgery made sure the px was done the next day so I could pick up at pharmacy. I appreciate their endeavours.

From the start of registering with this practice I've been impressed with the practice system of registering, getting in touch, online querys and even booking an appointment when your a full time carer, receptionist was so efficient, lovely and helpful. The highlight of it all was Dr follows who really probably didn't quite realise how much it meant that I had finally found a Dr that understood my menopause issues. Thankyou so much .

I contacted the surgery today using the online service, I found it easy to use and had a very quick response. I will definitely use the online service again in the future.

My appointment with the COPD nurse was very comforting. She was very friendly and professional. I would recommend her to anyone who needs to see a nurse. She made me feel more at ease when I left the medical centre. Cannot thank her enough

Got worried as could not order blood reduction tablets on NHS patent access app. So rang surgery and the helpful receptionist put me through to pharmacist who explained everything brilliant service.

I had a free NHS Health Check today and the young lady was kind, upbeat and very friendly and efficient - she put me completely at my ease with her approach.

The diabetic nurse at stourport medical centre has been an absolute angel over the last three years.She has helped me endlessly with phone calls on check ups and got me a lot of help when suffering from a cancer operation. She is an amazing credit to the NHS.
