Phoned the Practice this afternoon … it’s great that when you’re in a queue, you can retain your position and someone will call you back. This didn’t take very long. One of the Receptionist/care Navigators ‘phoned me; she was so friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding. She immediately put my mind at rest explaining what would happen next. Thank you

I went in for my smear test and explained how nervous I was because of how painful I find them. The nurse was understanding, explained what she was doing and told me that I was in control and to let her know if she needed to stop. It was the easiest smear test that I’ve had due to her experience and her professional yet caring manner.

After completing a triage form asking for advice via a text, I received a telephone call from one of the very kind Reception staff Informing me I would receive a call from the on call doctor. Suffice to say, the GP was amazing Very caring with advice and instructions. I was feeling very ill so i can’t thank the staff enough for their prompt response

Yesterday, I attended to have the compression bandage on my leg changed. The HCA I saw was only learning this so had to be supervised by a practice Nurse. The HCA did a wonderful job of the bandaging with some direction from the nurse, but she sorted the majority out herself. and I am going to see her again so she can get full competency for doing this type of thing. Even though she was only learning she showed great care and knowledge in what she did.

I messaged the surgery today asking yo be referred to pulmonary rehab. Within a couple of hours I had a message back saying this had been done. You can't really get much quicker than that.

We started bringing my son (5mnthsold) in october, was told he just had a viral infection hes fine, the doctor was rude towards me and my son. 4 days later hes in hospital with bronchitis! Its now been over a month of my son being unwell with bronchitits and every doctor has fobbed us off saying he will be fine. We were given an inhaler after saying we have medical people in the family. We have now been told after another admission to WRH that inhalers should not be given to babies under 1 at all. Hes now had bronchitis for a month and not getting any better

I was feeling quite nervous for my first smear test appointment but the Nurse was wonderful. She was warm and reassuring, explaining each step clearly so I knew what to expect. Her calm and friendly approach really put me at ease. Thank you for making an intimidating experience so much easier.

Pleasant, caring and professional. I had a hormone injection for prostate cancer and the treatment and procedure was clearly explained and efficiently carried out. The practice nurse never treats you as just a number but shows concern for your medical wellbeing.
