    The saddest thing about this review is that when I first joined, this centre renewed my faith in GPs, and in all previous encounters I have felt well supported and reassured to be in the hands of professionals. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend the centre for the reasons stated below: Calling in March to chase up a blood test I had in January that nobody had contacted me about. I was told by the especially surly and bored sounding man on the phone that, yes, they had received the results, but given no explanation as to why I had not been informed. I then asked when I would get those results, and explained to him that I had been routinely checking my NHS app for an update, as this was a cause of great anxiety for me. I was then told to email, but not supplied with an email. My test results were then posted on my NHS app, with no explanation as to why they hadn't been sent to me and no attempt at follow-up. I called back and the same man pretended to have not spoken to me. I then received instruction to call back next week. The results themselves unfortunately aren't entirely as expected. So now I have been given results that I have no ability to decipher, and nobody has cared enough to explain.

    i moved into newham from kensington & chelsea im on loads of medication & my meds are managed by mental health spoke to a doctor he stopped a med i have been on for years im sturuggling at present im also down as a blister pack weekly the gp spoke to me twice to arrange 4 weekly to go to the chemist but only send 1 weeks worth then my chemist calls to say she as requested meds on my behalf well within the 48 hours but staff say no such email excists when she as proof of the email being sent now waiting to see if my medication will be sorted as i have none was told 72 hours when chemist done a request 3 days ago the staff dont have a clue gp aint helpful i told him how long ive been on certain meds which he stopped straight away the practice seemed like it offerd a good service how wrong was i have now requested to change GPs i dont feel supported one bit

    Unfortunately I have had to use the practice increasingly due to various ageing health issues. At all times staff have been incredibly professional, friendly and welcoming. Their ability to deal with such issues in such a pressured practice in a depressed part of London is second to none. Many thanks for your ongoing kindness.

    The covid pandemic has changed the way the practice works and its actually working a lot better in my opinion. I am able to book an appointment when ı need one whether that be a face to face or telephone appointment with a gp or other health professional The reception staff have come a long way there's still one lady who's very abrupt and you have to push her to check your records to see what doctor has put, but she is the exception now. The gentleman you have everywhere will always go to any lengths once you push him in the right direction he will go very far. The econsult service is absolutely spot on and I think the longest I've waited for a call back was 36hrs over a weekend and the problem was dealt with very quickly . I had one complaint about an out of hours doctor at the hub on a weekend, but one email and a phone call and this was sorted It seems in the last few years there's been a few changes for the better at this practice still a few things need addressing but have well earned the extra stars.......

    Staff are all great but please bring back online appointment booking, over an hour on hold is just insane! Also fit notes that they won't supply until after the other one runs out is very annoying when your manager is on your case.

    Dear Patient, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Your positive comments are very much appreciated and I will be sure to share these with the wider team. Online appointments are available however, do get booked very quickly. In addition we have ample appointments available daily which can be booked by calling the practice. Our telephone lines can get particularly busy during certain times of the day, however we have increased the number of Administrators answering phones and our average wait times on the phone have been significantly reduced. I am concerned regarding your comment about waiting over an hour on hold. This is clearly an unacceptable amount of time to have to wait for your call to be answered. As the feedback is anonymous I do not have any further details. If you could contact me directly at maaz.turk@nhs.net and provide more details, I can then investigate and respond appropriately. With regards to medical certificates (Fit notes). I can appreciate your frustration however the system does not allow issuance of medical notes with a future date although we have a very efficient system in place to ensure a medical certificate is issued to you in a timely manner when required.     Immense thanks to your receptionist for the excellent service at the counter. I reached at the practice only to collect my blood test results which ı waited for, only to notice as ı forgot his name made the establishment proud leaving a great vast majority of patient's with a smile on there faces. Right timing and place and extremely caring. Thank you stratford health centre

    This has been my practice for many years now, the staff and gp’s are all very friendly and welcoming. I would always speak highly of my practice of ever the time arose to speak about who’s doctors is where and how the perform.

    I am registered there, I call the practice because I’m feeling unwell. They say I can come in 12:40 in the same day. I get there and they say I don’t have an appointment. Very rude receptionist by the way. She said the manager could listen to the calls but they didn’t. Who spoke with me then?

I believe there was some confusion as your appointment was reallocated after 15 minutes as you had not turned up at the specific appointment time - therefore when the Receptionist went to check there was no record of your original appointment - I totally appreciate how frustrating and confusing this was and of course I would expect for you to be treated in a friendly and professional manner at all times. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused and I know we did ask if you wanted an appointment booked for the next day.
