I have been here for 15 years I am happy with services here everyone is very friendly. The male at reception I always see is fantastic at what he does and how he serves the public with respect and treatment

Was pretty straightforward and helpful. From the explanations given over the phone to the referral arrange for me, all was on point. Alternative medicines were even prescribed while I wait to get through to the referral. Massive help

Always telling us what is happening ie Flu jabs covid and health checks. Very helpful. Able to to get appointments either face to face or telephone consultations.

Came to the walk-in flu jab clinic Very quick service seen almost immediately Only thing I would change is how they call people as they were asking patients who is next when no one knew who was mixed would’ve been better if it had raffle tickets or something

I just had my flu jab at Stratford Health Centre. Streamlined organisation meant everyone was seen quickly. Staff were really friendly and approachable. The doctor giving me my jab was really skilled, it didn't hurt at all.

Went to the walk-in flu jab clinic before I’d even had a chance to sit down they called me into my vaccination, No waiting and efficient service very pleasant person who vaccinated me

Have been with this practice for over 50 yrs. Although changing Dr has changed the practice from a small family run it now is a very large practice but I still find it very helpful. The practice offers many things other than just a Dr practice and a strong work ethic amongst the staff help to make it a great practice.

Walk in clinic for flu jab, well organised, very quick. In general, can get appointments at this surgery. After hearing the issues other people have at other GP surgeries, I feel we are very fortunate to have such a great service

had to go in for Routine Flu Jab. This was very efficiently organised by Staff and those of us waiting were seen in a first come order . The jab was Gently administered I hate needles but the Nurse was kind and reassuring as were the staff present that day.
