I had a blood test and the appointment was on time, lovely professional and friendly nurse. I always find the nursing staff and assistants very helpful, on time, professional and friendly. I regularly have B12 injections and again always receive excellent care.

No waiting went straight in to see Nurse on arrival. Nurse very kind and helpful, I went for blood test, but Nurse was also very helpful with an additional problem I had.

Within 40 minutes of completing and sending e-consult nurse rang and made appointment same morning. Saw nurses who were very professional and reassuring. After being a patient in the practice for 39 years they are still a dedicated team of health professionals

Good reception staff Doctor carried our excellent examination and understood my hearing difficulties looked up what medication I could take as I have allergies, explained carefully what the medication would do Thank you for his time

Happy with blood test and nurse. But I feel they could do a lot more test in a day than they do. It would then be easier to get a test without having to wait a week

Dear Tim Thank you for your message. Unfortunately the HCA's that work have no capacity to fit any more blood tests in than they do as are booked solid every 7-10 mins throughout their mornings sessions. At this time, finances do not allow employment for additional staff. On average we do offer around 200 blood test appointments every week. Janet Fry Practice Manager

I got all the answers I needed. The GP was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice and ideas. He knows how to listen and is very good at finding solutions for my problems.
