Time after time failure to help, keep telephone appointments, refusing house visits to elderly patient. Clearly very poor communication between branches. Absolutely trapped by this totally inadequate practice as surrounding practices either as poor or out of catchment. Avoid if at all possible

GP listened carefully to my explanation, examined me thoroughly and came up with a diagnosis and a plan for treatment which he explained carefully and clearly. He arranged blood tests which were done very quickly and efficiently, with results arriving next morning.

I have used this practice for 20 years and I have always been happy with the level of care and receptionists' professionalism. During the pandemic, these became unsatisfactory but I must say that this has now improved and is comparable to what it used to be. Friendly receptionists and fantastic GPs. I would recommend this practice to family and friends.

I was sent regular reminder texts that were informative and useful. The doctor I saw was friendly, knowledgeable and really efficient. He had written my referral letter and sent it to me within hours of my appointment. This surgery has improved beyond recognition over the last year.

Very pleased with the service from our surgery, all the staff are excellent. The pharmacy on-site is great too.

After filling in the online questionnaire on sunday i was really pleased to get a face to face appointment for thursday of the same week. Communication about the appointment came through via text and was very clear. The doctor who saw my son was brilliant, he was patient, reassuring and caring. I have used this practice multiple times and I am always happy with the service they provide. From the helpful and polite reception team to the kind and supportive doctors, nurses and medical team. I cannot fault any of the expericences I or my son have had

This Practice is fantastic! A little 'gem', hidden away in Sutton Benger. Doctors are brilliant and it's great to have the pharmacy in the Surgery too, so convenient! This is what all GP Practices should be like - staff are friendly, the Surgery is conveniently located for us and we are always seen quickly when we need an appointment - what else can I say - we are very lucky to have this in our village!

It was my medication review, but I was still suffering the effects of a 2 week old virus. The nurse listened to how I was feeling, recognised and prescribed medication to help as well as doing my meds review. This person was kind, listened and responded with care and practical help. Thank you

Very efficient service straight forward and clear advice. Emailed doctor to advise an amendment to current prescription and booked me in for a foot sensory review. Could not fault the excellent service.
