Sutton Benger Surgery is a friendly village-based surgery. Although it is not a large s is more than made up for by the friendly, courteous and helpful service which is provided to the local community. The next nearest GP practice is several miles away. All GP surgeries seem to be inundated with requests for appointments these days, and Sutton Benger is no exception. When all is said and done, I’m happy to be a patient at this practice.

Dr very easy to communicate with and didn't try to rush me. Receptionist pleasant. A positive experience altogether.

I received a telephone appointment so unable to comment on the practice. I felt that the the length of time I had to wait for the appointment to become available was not acceptable, especially as my conversation lasted approximately three and a half minutes.

I have not seen a doctor for some while .they seem to come and go quite frequently.I thought my experience was very good.shame it takes elongated to arrange a consultation

I was dealt with promptly when I requested to see a GP (through the messaging service). Appointment was within two working days. Communication has vastly improved. Warm welcome at the Sutton Benger Surgery. Appointment was on time and was not rushed - all questions were answered and I felt re-assured. A way forward was identified.

Not easy to make an appointment as long wait on the phone but lovely friendly staff and amazing Doctor who has been brilliant with my children.

The Sutton benger practice should be returned to its own management, and all patients should be able to contact Sutton benger practice directly by phone. And not have to go through the "central govt!" in Calne. Staff who work at Sutton Benger are very helpful, but they are restricted by not being able to operate the practice independently.

Nurse etc pleasant, but prescription issued is lost 1 week later. Issued with bar code to travel somewhere. but to pick up locally in Sutton Benger was what the nurse agreed.
