    Following previous appt with Dr , Popped in surgery to book some follow up blood tests. Dr saw me straight away & authorised the blood tests immediately booked in for the following day.

    Having recently moved to the area and had a baby I needed a few appointments. Despite being registered quickly, it has been nothing but difficult to get appointments. The practice insists on using an online triage form which is far too long and forces you to jump through hoops to get an appointment. To be triaged out of an appointment by an online form is so dangerous and risks healthcare not being offered. When I’ve followed clinician instructions to call for follow up appointments I have been stuck in arguments with receptionists one day forcing me to use the online form, then the very next day being given appointments on the phone without issue. This inconsistency is extremely poor. Even when I have used the form, the resulting appointments have been unsatisfactory. Plus, appointments are transcribed by technology without consent being given. In summary this practice is trying to be over reliant on technology and admin at the expense of patient care.

    Following surgery I had to visit the nurse three times a week for 4 weeks to have dressings changed. They were all lovely, very gentle (as the wounds were painful and in an awkward place), always on time and very professional. Special thanks to the nurse who I saw the majority of visits and always fitted me in - you know who you are!

    Went to GP and came out happy which is the main thing, found a solution and doctor was amazing to talk to! Good vibes and attention to care. Friendly which I love to see in all I really appreciate the care they give

    I appreciate the Pharmacist. I finally felt heard and not rushed off the phone as has typically been the case for me at this Practice (and in a face to face appointment). She was empathetic, patient and diplomatic. I want her to be acknowledged for this.

    I had an appointment yesterday at the Doctors and forgot to mention something that I had intended to. I contacted the surgery today and they arranged for the Dr to call tonight to discuss this concern which she has just done. She listened to me and has referred me and arranged a scan to check the issue out. I feel that the Dr has gone above and beyond. It was really my own fault not to have mentioned this issue when I saw her yesterday at the surgery, so I’m really grateful. Thankyou.
