An appointment yesterday. As usual received with warmth and listened to attentively. I received reassurance about the issue I came with and clear instructions about what to watch out for in future. Have been with Calcot for 30 years and my children have grown up during this time. We have had the usual health worries that most families will experience while children are young and have always been able to access any help I needed from the Calcot. I feel so blessed as I hear all the flack GPs are receiving. I now add that I went on to the next choice of 5 Q's and the first asks about telephone access. I rarely use the phone for surgery contact as the online platform is so efficient for appointments, prescription requests, my medical record and messaging the doctor or his secretary. Works for me! No need to phone.

I have regular treatment from the practice nurses who are consistently caring, competent and kind. I feel fortunate to be looked after by such nice people. In addition, I have been treated recently by the practice doctor. Contrary to the popular perception nationally, I have found it to be quite reasonable to make a suitable appointment, and feel that the attention given to me has been professional, thorough, kindly and appropriate; drawing on additional resources as necessary. I consider myself well cared for by the members of the Allan practice at the Calcot centre and I would like to record my appreciation. Thank you!

I have had a lot of interaction with the NHS this year after I was diagnosed with cancer. I finally gave in and downloaded the patient app! The app makes booking appointments very easy and I can see my records. When I have needed to phone emergency appointment I was given one straightaway after a brief chat with my GP's assistant.

I and my family have received professional and efficient service from the Allen practise for many years.Telephone consultations are easy to arrange and face to face if required totally opposite to so much negative press.

I am sure that there is a spectrum of ways in which NHS GP practices operate throughout England but can really only speak for The Allan Practice where I am confident that we run to the very best standards possible. Informed and personal care with a friendly human touch. Persistent and considered with ongoing diagnosis’s. Appointments are always within a reasonable time frame and I am happy that I am offered the best care and treatment from my doctor who listens and takes time to understand my ailments fully. Would highly recommend this practice

At 81 and ¾ I’ve numerous medical condition on-going and arising occasionally. I find the Practice rapidly responsive and very thorough as again last Friday when I had a face to face consultation and received helpful advice and booked treatment for one condition, comforting description of another condition, and some self help exercises for a third. . I also greatly value the high quality that extends throughout the Practice be it a Secretary, receptionist, Nurse reviewing Asthma, orDiabetic reviews, or a GP. Thoroughly reassuring. In the last20 years I retired to West Sussex where the medical practice matched that of the Allan Practice supported by the profits from its rural dispensing operation which supported services to patients and somewhat reduced GP hours. In between London Practices were less reliably thorough, very disappointing. I’m delighted with the quality of support I receive from everyone at the Allan Practice herein Chalfont St Peter

I feel very lucky to be registered with The Allan Practice. It's really everything I could want from a doctor. Firstly, the care and service is top-notch - from our doctor to the reception and secretarial staff and the pharmacist and nurses. But I love the fact they make it so easy to get in touch - all done via an app with information to hand that's regularly updated. I'd almost go as far as saying that it's a pleasure to use them - if only it didn't mean there was a health issue!
