The surgery saw me last minute as I had an urgent condition. The doctor was an extremely nice, approachable doctor who saw me and gave me treatment for my issues. The doctor was very knowledgable and made me feel comfortable and confident in his diagnosis

I recently had a heart operation following a diagnosis from my GP at The Allen Practice. Unfortunately after discharge from the hospital I felt that my condition was not progressing well at all. I went back to my GP and after listening to my concerns he left no stone unturned to establish what was wrong. It was within a short time that he established that I needed to be back in hospital. So here I am , back in Hospital and hopefully will soon have my problems sorted. ThankYou.

I had a telephone call today with the doctor with myself and my son, about whom we’ve been concerned. The doctor took time to understand the issues in detail and asked a lot of questions and helped Henry to feel comfortable sharing details. He carefully explained his thoughts on the issues and went through his proposal for next steps. As always, the doctor was clear, friendly and very patient.

The surgery have been so supportive and helpful, in the most difficult time in my life. Whenever I call or go into the practice I’m always treated with so much care, compassion and sympathy.

I have been with the practice for many years and in my opinion it goes from strength to strength .The booking system amd prescription ordering is effortless through patient access . My doctor is efficient , calm and friendly . I can get a face to face appointment or a telephone appointment quickly . This morning I had a telephone appointment as promised . The call was thorough , relaxed and covered all areas of my concerns . I feel very well supported and looked after . My doctor is amazing but I also think it’s important to mention the lovely nurses and secretaries who are incredible too . I would highly recommend this practice to anyone . 5 stars ⭐️
