I have been a patient at this practice for many years and have always received the best possible support. I was recently in hospital and since being discharged have spoken to both my GP and the pharmacist about my medication. Both were very helpful and supportive which gave me a lot of confidence. I know I can contact the practice who will respond quickly which is most reassuring. I am very happy with the support I am receiving and the professionalism of the practices staff. First class well run practice in my experience which I’d have no hesitation recommending.

I phoned at 11.00 am asking for help with my mother’s infected eye. Mum is 87 and needs support. The Secretary helpfully sent me an email link for brief background and a picture. She also arranged a GP call for 4.30 that day. By 4.15 pm the GP had diagnosed and sent 2 prescriptions (sorting a separate issue too) to my home Boots. By 5.30 pm I had been able to start treatment. This was super-efficient and highly-personal professional care, countering all current comments about our inaccessible NHS.

GPs always available by phone or in person even during the pandemic. Never a long wait. Concerns always listened to with doctors consulting at higher level when necessary and ordering appropriate tests.

I woukd like to thank my GP at this practice and his secretaries for all their support during my 5 months back ordeal. After a successful spinal decompression I am able to walk, work and enjoy life again ! Thank you NHS

Have been coming to this GP practice for 12 years and have always received a fantastic service from the doctors, nurses and support staff. Cannot fault and would highly recommend to anyone!

As a new patient I was feeling a little apprehensive before my appointment. I needn’t have worried as everyone was very friendly and reassuring. The doctor was thorough and made sure all my concerns were addressed. Similarly, the Practice Nurse was very kind as well as efficient. Thank you Allan Practice. You came highly recommended and have certainly not disappointed.

The Allan Practice is simply brilliant. Being a first time Mum and going through a tricky pregnancy to having a newborn, they have been a huge support every step of the journey. My Dr has been absolutely incredible and the secretaries are always friendly and caring. Thank you so much!
